Cx complaint that the unit is still making a loud rumbling noise. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I let the unit run for 30 min and it finally made the noise. I checked airflow to the exterior of the home with the unit on and I felt no air at the end of the duct. The blower wheel is good to go with no excessive lint built up. The lack of airflow is causing high heat in the cabinet. The sound is coming from the blower wheel and motor rumbling from the high temp. The cx needs to fully professionally clean the entire duct line. If the issue continues I recommend a new blower wheel and motor. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I ran a manual spin and agitate, I did notice the unit was inbalanced. When in high speed spin the unit's violent shaking from inbalance cause the unit to stop. I leveled the unit and tested it again. I calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. For the odor I recommended using Affresh cleaning solutions. I collected the service call fee by CC."

Cx complained there was no power. Inspected the unit and found 122v at the terminal. There was no click when the buttons were pressed on the UI. Removed front panel and the control was not clipped into the ui so the buttons could not be pressed to start the unit. Clipped the control into place and tested and it completed each step in diagnostics. Job complete

Customer complaint unit is not drying on sensor dry. Only drys on sensor dry high no other temperature. I cehck vent the vent is brand new good airflow. In tested temos and the unit never got to a high temp above 200. Seems like no matter where the temp selector is alwasy running low temps. on low highest temp was 190 on medium 195 and on high is 200. It seems like it wants to do it but it does not go above 200. The thermosthat is working is turning on and off but is not reaching higher temps. Same on timed dry. Ordering temp switch and bring back thermosthat to replace them at the same time. 3 at tribles.; ordrng 1 WP8578354 (swtch-temp)
