"cx complaint frost on everything in fz, rc warm. inspected unit and verified complaint. upon arrival, cx said it started cooling better a couple days ago but can still see line of frost on ceiling of fz by door and one of the return ducts is clogged with ice. cleared ice with steamer. advised cx this is usually caused by door being left open or warm air getting in somehow. noticed small gap in bottom corner of rc door but frost is pointing to warm air coming in thru fz door. fluffed gaskets with heat gun. releveled unit so its slightly leaning back to help close doors. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist"

"cx complaint water dispensing very slow. inspected unit and verified complaint. took filter out and water started dispensing normally. cx said filter should only be about 2months old but doesnt remember if water was slow when he put it in. advised cx that since the neighborhood is still under contstruction, they may be working on water supply for neighborhood which can cause water to come out dirty for a little bit and clog up filter faster. cx said he has a new filter coming in tomorrow and will call back if issue persists after installing new filter. if cx calls back, send tech with filter housing(WPW10394053)"

cx complaint unit stopped mid cycle. inspectd unit and has water in tub like it died when draining. reset power control click but will not work. unplugged drain pump from control and still not working. replaced control and now unit comes on but will not drain. tilted unit back got connector off pump and unit started leaking water at drain pump. ohms out drain pump and is open. i then cleared all water to find the tub is cracked just from me tilting it back how. i called techline to document spoke to leon sr#7733911309 then called tradecare spoke with terry got auth M137IW0APL1 ordering parts to fix unit for return needs to be 2 count for tub replacement re ordering control incase and getting gearcase incase it stuck and have to bang it out.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (drain pump) and 1 W11219115 (tub) and 1 W11399433 (control incase) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase incase) and 1 W10721967 (clutch) and 1 2countjob (2 count job)

"cx complaint unit doesnt seem to be heating properly, uneven browning and broil element not glowing like the bake element. cx said she was looking for the broil to glow when using bake like her last oven did. advised cx unit doesnt use broil element in bake setting after its done preheating, only uses bake element cx understands. tested broil and element is heating and glowing. preheated unit to 400 with thermocouple on center rack. meter matched display the whole time it was preheating and stayed within 15* of 400 after preheating. everything checking good. advised cx unit is operating as designed which is different than her last oven and she may need to play with rack positioning and bakeware materials to get results shes looking for, cx understands."

cx complaint unit not cooling. inspected unit and found that the unit was unplugged upon arrival. plugged unit in and tested. as soon as the compressor began to run air could be heared purging distinctly from the mid right section of the mullion/liner/cabinet region between the rc and fc. ruptured sealed system line in the cabinet. non repairble puncture of the sealed system. contacted techline to confrim. determined the cause was the door position being swapped.
