"cx complaint unit pressing buttons on its own. unit will go back and forth between screens and will cancel cooking cycles on its own. unit is not connected to wifi, advised to connect unit to wifi and check for software updates through app. advised it sounds like buttons are getting stuck. only have f6e0 error stored. quoted 838.31 for replacing control panel. cx paid 120.00 service call with c/c and wants to try checking for software updates first and if that doesnt fix it then they will try calling cx service for courtesy coverage. advised cx service call is covered for 30days, cx understands. if cx calls back with out auth, they will owe 718.31; ordrng 1 W11428583 (control panel)"

"CX complaint: Not keeping time. Tested and verified complaint. F6E0 error codes has been repeatedly coming up. I have replaced the control and console previously. Looking at error history, this code comes up a few times in same day and repaets every 2-5 days. This has to be when the time is getting out of sync and why its unobservable. Ordering signal harness W11177679 and tod jumper W11225371. On repair visit, it is important to replace both harnesses. Scheduled repair visit for 6/24 AM prefered; ordrng 1 W11177679 (harns-wire) and 1 W11225371 (harns-wire)"

"CC units LF burner not working properly.. cx states he uses match to ignite, will not ignite itself.. When it is lit w/ match the flame is really high on high and on simmer it will go out.. The lf burner seems to have not been converted correctly .. 035am and 118 0r 18am ( was hard to read) the other burners and broil work fine.. the bake ignites but flame is uneven .. Unit needs Lp conversion kit to correct issue for the LF burner and bake burner.. ( double check the regulator cap for proper direction if needed , all the others are working w/ good flame so doubtful. ) ordering lp conversion kit . Bake needs 56 and the LF needs 108am orfices; ordrng 1 W11436985 (lp conversion cooktop) and 1 W11087486 (lp conversion)"

Not Cooling - SP W11174997. Inspected unit and found the door gaskets on freezer and refrigerator door is not sealing properly. Gaskets is allowing cold air and warm air to mix causing bothe sections not to cool properly frost found forming in freezer side. Treated door gaskets with heat and instructed cx not to open both doors for 30min. If cx calls back. Further diag is needed. Unit working properly. No parts needed at this time.
