"contacted techline immediately. when most recently charegd with 4.5 oz of 134a the unit showed 4 psi above vacuum and high side at about 125psi. checked again today and fond same pressures for rc cooling and 0psi low side and 110psi high side. confirmed these to be good pressures with TL. temps in fc showed bewteen 3-7 degrees. checke temps in rc and found 52 dergees. condenser, and fc evap fan run. found severe temp swings in test 3 indicating a failed rc thermistor. double checked continuity values at the main control and could not generate a consistent value to the meter. unit has failure rc thermistor. sr7733526546; ordrng 1 W11395639 (evap cover)"

"cx complaint after control was replaced, unit wouldnt stop spinning, stuck in spin for over an hour. ran diagnostics and have f7e7 motor unable to reach target rpm. ran test cycle, everything ran correctly. suspension tests good, no play in gearcase. tachometer test is sensing basket spin. found unit leaning forward, leveled unit. called techline. techline thinks its an oversudsing issue causing drag on the basket because sometimes cx uses a pod of oxiclean with a pod of detergent and advised to get some towels wet and run drain and spin and see if it completes cycle. unit completed drain and spin with wet towels. advised cx to run cleaning cycle and use only 1 pod of either detergent or oxiclean at a time not both together per techline and call back if issues persist"

"upon arrival inspected unit to verify previous diag. could not verify temps in eiother compartment because by that time the unit had been open from the cx removing food, tech dissassembling the unti, etc. did remove both evap covers and contact techline. found heavy ice accumulation on rc evap (left side only). found minimal frost pattern on fc evap (only 3 or 4 rungs worth). contacted techline and confirmed that the unit does not need the previous parts ordered. tested rc evap thermistor and found 6.8k ohms at control. ran test 4 step 5 and found that he fc evap did not develop a growing frost pattern after 15-20 minutes. unti has sealed system failure. unit will need ss repairf 3 count with parts. parts cbe but cx would need to pay oow for leds in fc, ss labor, and thermist sr7733923691; saved tckt"
