"upon arrival inspected unit to verify previous diag. could not verify temps in eiother compartment because by that time the unit had been open from the cx removing food, tech dissassembling the unti, etc. did remove both evap covers and contact techline. found heavy ice accumulation on rc evap (left side only). found minimal frost pattern on fc evap (only 3 or 4 rungs worth). contacted techline and confirmed that the unit does not need the previous parts ordered. tested rc evap thermistor and found 6.8k ohms at control. ran test 4 step 5 and found that he fc evap did not develop a growing frost pattern after 15-20 minutes. unti has sealed system failure. unit will need ss repairf 3 count with parts. parts cbe but cx would need to pay oow for leds in fc, ss labor, and thermist sr7733923691; saved tckt"

CX complaint: same problem as before. Stops and blinks and can take up to 2 1/2 hrs to complete a normal cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Long fill error code F8E1 is the only error code. I found cold valve filter was blocked with debris from the water source. I cleared the filter and installed a hose filter in the line that CX had supplied.Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

cx complaint is unit keep flooding the floor and bottom is always full of water and its coming from the back. unit is O-O-W and she knows. says one of the guys keeps doing something to fix but issue keeps coming back. found drain hose clogged. unit does not have a drain tube it has a long hose that goes to pan in the front. cleaned and cleared as best we can. went over unit with cx and she said they might just replace hose on unit if needed. she will pay 120 service for today.

replaced owi first then ran unit and now its leaking out front of sump and found the alignment pin was to left so adjusted sump and tested still leaking some so then checked the 3 mounting tabs and they are loose so tighten them up and now gasket is sealing for sump. i then ran u it for 20 minutes its now working how its suppose to and no leaks. unit is good
