She got very upset when I explaineed that this tipe of thermometer should not be used and I showed this to her on the use and care guide.Performed temp test by using a thermocouple with end wrapped in foil. Ran 350F bake. Out of 3 cycle got temp average of 324F. Calibrated oven +25F. Sabbath mode worked but didn't allowed cooking time for more than 12hours. cx complaint unit not producing ice. inspected unit a found a chunk of ice stuck in the teether of the icemaker ejector. was able to clear ice from ejector and unit resumed cycle. also found that due to the prolonged failure ot cycle ice the fill cup was frozen. removed icemaker assembly and thawed fill cup and tested unit. unit dipensed water to produce ice. unit now checks good

cx complaint that unit is making noise like a marble etc is spinning inside unit ran calibration test and tested agitator for chamnge under etc no issues no issues with the unit completeing cycles. i found the suspenion to be fine and even placed a load of laundry in to run spin and no noise.. with and without load. i coupldnt get to duplicate issue instructed cx to try to record noise when appears ahain for direction of possible noise coming from.

cx complaint that unit is angled on the front right leg and when attempting to remove the front right leg and reinstall the new leg appear not much as changed.. when looking under the unit the cabinet base is not bowed that i can see if a naked eye to have the effect of the leg being slightly angled.. notified the cx and documented with pics on sd quic pics and instructed cx to contact home depot.... the rear llegs appear to be angled forward as well. cx said sais the unit came with them on and possible when being installed hit legs casued to not be aligned striaght up and down nd now have slight bowed. please send these notes to cx email on file for their records as well.

cx complaint just moved into home unit never made ice and the back of fridge keeps icing up. inspected unit freezer is 20 degrees at top and bottom 0 degrees fridge is 55. took fridge apart due to the evaporator being ice over cleared all ice then checked thermister its black and will read open the ohms will be all over the place thermister doesnt know how warm it is. replaced fan with thermister then checked pantry ui and is under water snapped pic. ran test 3 for fans and freezer fan is not running. took freezer apart to find the fan blade came off snapped pic. fixed fan blade ran test 4 and valve seems to be switching fine. the gaskets for the pantry doors are ripped and are allowing warm air into unit. i tried to get gasket off but door is seperating. ordering more parts for return; ordrng 1 W10815674 (pantry door) and 1 WPW10677119 (pantry ui) and 1 W10815676 (pantry door right hand) and 1 W11170612 (pantry harness) and 1 W11188493 (evap cover fridge)
