"cx stated that theyve been using the unit on timed dry and its been working properly and when trying sensor dry the unit is working the way the previous tech described. stopping short on very small loads not large enough to hit the moiture sensor, stopping with very lightweight fabrics dry and heavy fabrics still damp, and bedding hot and bone dry on the outside but wet in the middle of the item as its balled up in the drum. basaed on this the cx believes it is working as designed and doesnt see a reason to change parts as he said they will always run mixed loads and timed dry better suits that need. unit tests good, job complete."

cx complaint unit not producing ice and humidity developingn on the deli drawers. inspected unit and right away found about 4-5 trays worth of ice in the bin. found no errors in test 56. ran test 57 and unit harvested and resulted in an 01 desigination idicating a succesful cycle completion. ran test 45 and unit filled ice maker and unit appears to be opperating as nromal for the ice production. forund that the developing humitidity is a result of the mullion heater not activating frequently enough to cope with the hot/humid environment (cx lives riverside). changed mullion heater status to 02 designation in test 34. unit now checks good.

cx complaint is unit does not run or cool like it should and numbers dont change no matter how cold they set unit to. unit was shut off and numbers showed 68 and 5. turned unit back on to run for a bit to see if unit startewd to cool. cx knows unit is way O-O-W. compressor was cold as unit was off. was able to flip switch and turn temp knob and unit started up. lights and fans check. can feel the gargle or pulse in the cooling lines. temp went up on display as unit was open to check. advised cx we will need unit to run the next 24-48 hours to check reading and unit may need to be charged as everything is running. he said he though it would need to be charged maybe. cx will pay 120 service for today and have sealed system tech out to check charge and SS things.

cx complaint sunday they were cooking a ham for 3 hours. after it was done they shut off the oven and left the ham in it. they were watching tv and notice they didnt feel right. there carbon monoxide detector then went off in the closet. detector is 6 feet away. cx has lived here for 7 yrs. this is the first time this happened. preheated oven and waited till it lit for the second time and then stapped outside and 0 meter. came inside and walked over to oven. meter began to go up and up till if peaked at 223ppm. called TL was told 800ppm is the max aloud for the unit. whirlpool says its working as designed. i dont agree with that being the cx and I both got headaches and eyes burning only after a couple mins of the unit being on.

I then removed the top and front panel and drum and found that the belt had a clean break where the belt failed. I also found that the idler broke the belt switch. Documented exactly what the cx complaint was about ice dispensing on own and TL said that when ice falls from bin to chute it will occasionally get stuck in separator and that it senses ice and the paddle opens and ice falls. TL suggests the cx to make sure all ice is cleared from paddle to prevent water dripping into tray and ice falling randomly. TL says unit works as designed and no parts are needed."

"unit is in warranty per receipt p.o.p. saved to quik pics. cx complaint frost in freezer on left side of door, roller assembly is stripped out on left side and needs to be replaced and water is slowly dripping from filter door. i removed the filter and found foil from the seal of the filter still partially on the filter not nallowing it to seal properly. explained to cx that the frost is created by the door not closing properly at some point and i showed her exactly what i meant and how easy it is to have the door not close properly. ordering new left roller assembly and filter head, only install filter head if unit is continuing to leak from the filter. install roller assembly and adjust unit to level doors. roller 2 @ tribles and filter head 42 @ tribles; ordrng 1 WPW10515763 (roller) and 1 W11346623 (filter head)"
