Cx complained the unit did not cool. Inspected the unit and found excessive frost on the evap and cover. Tested the thermistor in ice water and it was around 8800 ohms. Checked for the heater working in diagnostics and the evap fan and there are no air leaks in the door. Unit needs new control and user interface; ordrng 1 W11380595 (damper) and 1 W11546609 (control)

"I came to install the ordered parts. When I removed the ice from the evap I found the defrost connector was disconnected as well as the eap fan. I have seen this multiple times, I believe the position of the evap harness rest on the evap is causing the connectors to seperate. When ice forms inside the connector I think the ice is causing the connectors to seperate. I positioned the connector higher away from contact with the evap with a loose zip tie. The unit is working as designed."
