Customers complain as units leaking water. Indoors lower than what it should be when it's open. Inspected unit found unit leaking from heater element grommet. I inspected hinges and found that they were just pushed further back then they should compressing the spring more than needs to now. I replaced element from Van stock. i quoted customer for replacing the hinges. Customer is not sure if they want to repair the hinges at this time. I called office to see if heater element was covered under recall. Office stated heater element replacement is covered. Did not charge service call due to recall service. Left customer with quote for replacing hinges with labor shipping and tax plus parts for $201.21. I advise customer that this only stands for 30 days.; ordrng 1 W11573702 (Hinge right)

"cx complaint unit stoped making ice when cx returned from vacation and turned the water back on to the house, a few days later it resumed production no error codes. explained to cx it was probably a frozen fill tube that worked itself out now that the water is on again and ice maker is turned back on to activate the fill tube heater. cx says sometimes the left door doesnt colse properly because of the mullion, i showed the cx the importance of the orderin which you open and close the doors as the right gasket is designed to insure the mullion opens fully. cx understands, cx also had a complaint of condensation on the fascia when the door doesnt close properly which i explained why it was happening at that it shouldnt happen if cx is opening and closing unit properly. unit tests good."

Ran high speed spin on component activation, took amp draw and it checked good. Unit is on its own dedicated circuit. TL suggests cx have licensed electrician come out and run checks at breaker. Cx will call back if any issues occur after electrician checks"

"CX complaint is that the units sides are too hot. I found that this is normal opperation due to the heat exchage being on the walls of this unit. I was abel to edjucate CX on the surface temps as show by Technical Service Pointer #: W11476730. CX also has icemaker concerns, how ever there is no water being supplyed to the unit. UNit is located in a Motor home (5th wheel). I informed CX to reach out to the Motorhome retailer service about no water being supplyed to the unit. I was able to call and document with safty team . Cx complaint is that the unit will not complete cycles and will not start some time. Upon arrival I found an F2E1 and an F7E1. I cleared the error codes and ran the diag test and found that when the unit entered the spin cycle it just stopped and canceled the cycle. and the error code reappeared. I was able to access and repalce the shift actuator. I then ran the calibration and quick test and the unit completed both without any errors. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling in the RC section. Upon arrival I found that the RH corner of the RC door is not sealing tighly allowing warm air into the cavity. I also found that the air ducts are clogged with frost not letting any cold air from the FC down. I was able to reshape the gaskets and cleared the ducts of obstructions. Unit is now cooling as intedned. Job complete I collected for the service call and labor.

cx only has 15 minutes to check the unit out before he has to leave to get his kids. there is a dent in the front panel. cx also says the unit is getting the vent light coming on. found the unit is spinning blowing and heating good. the unit has a very short run and is venting outside the house good. no error codes in memory. ran the disagnostic cycle and the unit completed the cycle without any error codes. lint screen clear. found the vent line is partually smashed(pic) and the connection on the house the low flow connection on the exit of the house. cx said he does not have time for these fixes at this momentneed to replace the front panel and trim off the damaged vent line and if that doesnt fix the unit cx needs the higher flow vent connection; saved tckt
