recovered remaining refrigerant from unit. noiticed oil mixed in. removed and repalced evap and filter/dryer. during this more oil and dye came out of both and on evap was in suction line. pulled 30ng of vac and began charging. during this pressures rose above 15 psi on low side and almost 200 psi at only 3 oz in. stopped chargin and began long vac on unit and called techline. s/r 7733936741 cx was concerned about paying full price of 350 on labor as unit is unrepairable at this point. dropped labor to 250 cx paid in cash.

Cx complaint is the unit is not cooling. I found the low side at -22 psi and 125psi on the high side. I found unit unit does not have signs of a leak. I could not find die anywhere in the unit both compressor area and evaporator area. I reclaimed refrigerant from the unit and filled unit to 140 PSI and nitrogen. Unit held nitrogen at 140 PSI for 20 minutes. I replace the dryer pulled unit into a 30-in vacuum. And filled unit to 4.25 Oz. Unit is now building a full Frost pattern and is now working properly.
