Removed the screws in the rear and lift the lid to the washing machine and used tape the hold down the glass top. Removed the plastic ring and replaced the original struts and installed new struts. F0E5 Over load/ Customer complaint unti load and go is not working I tested the unit and found the dipenser was not in all the way. I clead the error tested diagnostics and is good. I then tested a normal quick cycle and the detergent is now dispensing detergent. I tested on 10x and the unit is dispensing. The customer asked if that it all. I let her know that the unit will decide how much detergent is dispensed. 10x is the most. She sais she is going to go back to pods becaseu is not enough and she cant smell it or see it when is washing. But she understansd the unit will not put a lot detergent because of energy saving. Cx complaint oil in basket. Inspected unit and after talking to Cx. Learned muddy clothes were washed and found that wash plate was loose. Mud got under plate and caused muddy stains and rust.
