"Customer complaint unit is not finishing a cycle and all it does is fill and then nothing all the lights flash and then drains and it keeps doing that forever. I tested the unit and as soon i moved the knob all lights come on. I ran test cycle and the unit filled and when it was about to wash the unit shorted out and then came back on with all light on and drainind. I ran manual test. Lock is good, filling valves are good. spin works but agitation is not working. Replace acutator but it does the same thing with a new one. Board issue or motor also ordering capacitor. I did not see anywires broken but ordering harness jsut in case is needed. Control and harness special order parts. CX complaint is squealing noise comong from DW. INspected/tested unit and verified complaint. During testing I did not hear anything out of the ordinary. The CX stated that it only happens while in dry cycle which would be the vent fan but I could not verify that the noise was abnormal. Installers from Home Depot in Lewes DE although ripped all the insulation from under unit out and I think the noise that the CX is hearing is from that all missing. This is an install related issue. Cx complaint is unit freezes in the fridge and freezer ice maker. inspected and verified complaint. upon inspection found that both fc and rc doors/gaskets are defective. found them unseated from the doors at top and bottom of fc door and top of rc door. pressed back into molding on door and tried to heat with heat gun to mold back in. both gaskets became loose again by closing and opening the door like with normal use. doors are level and nothing makes contact with them but gaskets come right out. this is allowing the insides to frost up in the freezer and the top shelf of the fridge to freeze/frost up. ordering new fc and rc doors and gaskets. Customer complaint unit is blower fan is not changing to lower speeds and when they are cooking they cant turn it off. I tested fan and the fan is changing speed is just hard to tell with the sound that makes but the fan is blowing and changing speeds. I explained to the custmer that the majorty of over tha range microwaves have a sensor that will turn on the fan when cooking. and it will turn off by itself after the temp has come down. She undertood that is a ssafety thing. I told her that i could order a new fan but the fans is working and new one will not cha nge much. She said is good that she undertands more how the unit works and that the unit seems to be good. So she is going to to keep using as is. I did adjusted the door it as not sitting correctly in the hinge. Unit is good.
