It's making a sound. Inspected unit found shifter fault error code. I ran manual test cycle and found when unit went to spin the basket nor the wash plate moved and the unit was making a sound inspected underneath of the unit and found the motor gear stripped out on the motor shaft. Inspected basket found very loose. This is due to a worn hub drive kit. Motor is covered a CBE. But hub drive isn't I quoted customer for replacing hub drive and motor. Inspected unit found FC evaporator still had the frost at the last technician saw on the evaporator it was not defrosted only the top two rings of the freezer evap were frosted over heavily. And I cleared for awesome steamer. I inspected RC evaporator found the RC evaporator cover tabs were broken off and missing. The enclosure and drip pan plastic was broken down from the oil leaking from the evaporator. Had to drive to the shop to pick up evaporator cover and drip pan. I then replaced the compressor ,evaporator, three-way valve, coupler, RC evaporator housing RC evaporator RC fan RC evaporator cover and drip pan. I pulled unit into a 30-in vac and then Phil to 5.5 Oz unit is now cooling properly."

I found the unit had an old software version and not connected to wifi. I connected unit to wifi and added current software. Immidiately the time and date changed to the correct time and date. Waited about 35mins to see if the time would change but it didnt. Stayed on accurate time and date. Unit had an old software , Unit is now working properly. Customers complaint is the unit has F1 E4 error code. I replaced appliance manager for a previous service visit. I powered unit on and tested. unit worked for the first couple times without any issues third and fourth try F1 E4 error code came back up inspected unit found for microwave 4903 relay power issue I noticed as soon as I opened up the micro wave door the error code presented itself. I found door switches in line with 4903 relay from l1. Unit is detecting interference or poor connection in door switch. Unit will need new door switches but have to order harness to obtain door switch assembly. Door switches should be the only part that needs to be replaced. Primary door switch is the issue that's in line with 4903 relay on appliance manager board. I called the office and spoke with katie. Katie rescheduled customer for 6/28; ordrng 1 W11449277 (Harness)

"CX complaint is that the RC is freezing water . I found that the unit is opperating as designed. CX is placing items next to the damper causing produce and vegetables to freeze. I found that the Thermistor is ohming out a 7800 ohms in a 38 degree cab. I took temp readings with a thermacupling and found temps in the RC at 39. I called WP Tech Line and spoke with Joel. I was able to explain my findings and it was suggested to turn the FC temp up to 3 and the RC temp to 39. Monitor the freezing in the RC over a 2-3 day time frame. If freezing contiunes CX is to turn the RC temps up 1 degree and continue to monitor temps. Per WP Tech Line , unit is opperating as designed. Please see SR"

Inspected unit found the alarm extension is attached the alarm is attached ice maker is full to the brim and overfilling spilling out of the bin. I checked the bail extension and the bail arm. They are attached and I'm able to shut the ice maker off. I'm finding that the ice maker is not sensing when the bail arm is going up to keep unit from making too much ice. Pulled a resistance reading at the control for the evap thermistor and was 5.2ohms(about 50 degrees) in ice which is out of range. Thawed evap and installed new Evap Harness and Evap Thermistor. Also installed new Control out of percaution. Resistance on the element was 36ohms and getting 120vac in service test 3. Making frost pattern when put back in normal setting.
