Ohmed out both thermistors all were within range and temp. Found 1 of the thermal fuses for the fan open, as well as the Defrost heater reading 3.1 Milliohms. I did verify that the drain is not clogged internallyh in the house. not really sure at all where the water came from. do not feel that it is the washer though. also found the back left leg unseated. this can cause unlevel and unbalanced loads. reseated the foot into the unit. unit is running as designed. advised cx to monitor the unit for the next couple washes and to let us know if any leaks are found.

cx complaiint unti not cooling. arrived to unit and was turned off. put gauges on and was equilized at 0psi. plugged unit in and immedietly went into a 30in vac. checked over unit with uv light and none found. pulled a vaccum on unit and let hold for 20 mins and didnt come out at all. if there is a leak it is very very small. rescheduling again as a 3ct ss and keeping parts for retgurn visit. i filled unit for now and we will need to come bnack and reclaim whats in it and pressurize with nitrogen to try and source the leak.; ordrng 1 nitrogen (nitrogen)

cx says the unit started leaking and wasnt draining all the water out of the tub. cx says they have only been able to use power wash because the clothes dont come clean in any other cycle anymore. found the unit is leaking from the back. the hot water hose is dripping. when i tightened the hose the unit started leaking more. found a double washer int he hose. removed a washer and the unit is no longer dripping. found the unit is agitating with the basket. Technical Service Pointer #: W11531483 deals with this issue. replaced the actuator and calibrated. the unit is now agitating good.
