Customer complaint unit makes noises when the door is open the door swings out and the bottom trim is coming off. I tested teh unit and found the gasket is not sealing adjusted gasket and they nosie is still present. I wiped the gasket and the nosie stops. The trim at the bottom is loose but is attanched the customes asked me if that affects cooling. I told him that is just a cover for the cooling of the system but is not gasket even if it looks loose cooling is not escaping. The door swinging out is normal for this model this model does not have any opnner ot closer. The door is going to go where gravity wants it to be. But the stopper will keep it from swinging pass wat is designed to do. unit is back to normal operations.

"SR7733963886 Replaced the hinge recievers as per previous diagnosis. I found bending on frome when i had the left panel off and documented in pics. Tested and door still rubbing. Called WPTL and went over findings. WP recommended i replace the base, front and hinge reciever covers. WPTL also recommended extra time and a second person for this repair. Ordering base, front, hinge covers, 2 tech and 2 count per TL Also marking inner door for return visit. Liner needs to be replaced but the problem must be resolved first...Inner door rubbing front of body. Ran a 350F bake cycle, noticied of the typical smoke from the oven when it is in use for the first time. Turned the hood fan on and opened a couple of windows until all the factory oil in the cavity was burned out and the smoke stopped. Called Whirlpool Safety and documented everything."

No damage or leaks found on any hoses. Instructed cx to not add a pod in basket then detergent in dispenser for this will cause leaks. Also instructed cx not to overload because of unit shaking. The pan the unit sits in is to small. Contacted TL and spoke with Andy and documented all the findings due to the amount of visits. Unit is running as designed per TL."
