Cx complaint is the unit is not heat but is running. I checked power and found L2 has 23vac. From L2-L1 has 82vac. L1 to N has 122vac. I had same voltage at the outlet. I checked breaker and found that the dryer breaker was halfway tripped. I reset dryer breaker and tested unit. Unit now has 120 volts on l2 and I tested unit is now heating. I tested airflow the unit has good airflow. Unit is now working properly.

Cx complaitn is the unit is not making ice. Upon arrival I removed the cover and found that the Ice maker stopped mid harvest. I taped the door switches shut and attempted to jump the icemaker. It did not. I then tested for voltage and found that there is no voltage coming to the ice maker. I then checked for voltage at the harness and found none. I then inspected the bottom door harness and found an area in the harness that was compressed. I found that the harness has broken/smashed wires. I also found that the door is NLA. I collected the service fee. Job complete

"I came to install the parts and the cx did not want me to install the evap cover because it has already been replaced and the issue is no longer occuring. Cx complaint now is no water dispensing or ice being made. The IM is constantly trying to find the home position. I checked the main valve in the rear and it is getting no volts when activating it. I removed the tubing leaving the valve, there is no water coming out of the main valve at all. I can hear the dual valve engaging but nothing is coming from the main valve at all. The unit will need at least a new main valve to dispense water and make ice. I'm ordeirng the part for the return visit. I left the cx with a quote.; ordrng 1 W11312191 (main valve 158.32)"

"cx complaint unit givning f6e1 error everytime they use the oven within 10min of finishing preheating, mw works fine. ran diagnostics and have f6e1 oven over temp, f2e1 stuck key and f2e0 keypad disconnected errors. all buttons on console working. all elements ohm out good with nothing shorting, temp sensor reading 1069ohms at room temp, not shorting. no relays shorting either. preheated oven to 350 and let it run for 5 min. then repreheated to 400. when i cancelled and restarted display showed temp at 345. let unit run for 15min at 400, no errors. canceled and restarted to see what temp display shows and its at 385. unit not overheating and is working properly at this time. cx paid service call. advised cx service call is good for 30days and call back if issues persist"

Arrived to location. Went down to the loading dock. I found that the unit was not on the loading dock. I called the customer and informed him on here to repair the refrigerator. Customer stated that he would have somebody.
