"Cx complaint that the unit has many issues: door handles are loose, FC user interface is intermitent, IM is intermitent and LED light on the rear wall don't change color like in the show room. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaints. The unit cools as designed. The IM cycled and harvested fine, FC UI is delayed or sometimes no response at all maybe it's how cold it is. The cx claims the rear wall LED's change color, I did not see anything in the use and care about the color changing LEDs. The unit also has many scratches and blemishes. I came out for this unit in November and ordered parts for the a similar issue, but the cx was told no work has been documented. She does not want a repair but rather a replacement. Found the slides on the door were preventing it from closing and sealing. rack shaft wasn't connected to the right adapter. Removed drawer and reconnected shaft, lubricated slides so they move back and fourth, placed drawers and rack back in and now the door closes and seals all the way around. Unit checks good"

The issue is related to the GF2 board (HV) not getting power from the Orion board. Ran forced defrost and it didn't work. Replaced orion board, water dispenser worked ok. Ran Rc forced defrost, iot worked ok. Cx is unplugging the unit for 36 hours in order to manually defrost it. The unit is working ok."

cx complaint that unit is not completing the cycle they say it will stop mid cycle of the the drain spin and when the when they run a smaller load it appears to be more functional. found no codes when arrived ran unit and watch as water psi was great. unit tumbles freely and spins freely no binding or obstructions. the drain pump on c7 ran through no issues nd unit spun to rpm on c8..ran a rinse and spin with towels unit filled tumbled and drained w ater out no issues and completed rinse and spin and rung out instructed cx to possibly reduce load size and try out since no fault in tesing and being oow dont wanna throw anything into the unit cost wise . collected.
