The issue is related to the GF2 board (HV) not getting power from the Orion board. Ran forced defrost and it didn't work. Replaced orion board, water dispenser worked ok. "Cx complaint that the unit has many issues: door handles are loose, FC user interface is intermitent, IM is intermitent and LED light on the rear wall don't change color like in the show room. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaints. The unit cools as designed. The IM cycled and harvested fine, FC UI is delayed or sometimes no response at all maybe it's how cold it is. The cx claims the rear wall LED's change color, I did not see anything in the use and care about the color changing LEDs. The unit also has many scratches and blemishes. I came out for this unit in November and ordered parts for the a similar issue, but the cx was told no work has been documented. She does not want a repair but rather a replacement. "Unit is still not cooling. I ran test 5, it read OL. I went to the rear of the unit and wiggled the main wire connector into the cabinet then it read passed and the heat came on in test 13. This is our 5th visit to this unit. On the 2nd visit SB found the same issue with the main wire connector. I called techline to document the issue, he concluded that the thermistor clip that broke needs to be replaced apparently it can give false readings without it. I don't agree because before I touched the sensor it went from fail to pass by adjusting the wire connector.So far two thermistor, dispenser control have been replaced, after each visit the ohm reading are good and it works. I'm ordering the clip but I think it's beyond repair, loose wire at the cabinet connector in the rear. sr7733971008; ordrng 1 W11546684 (thermistor clip)"

"cx complaint is the fridge door sticking out at the top slightly and the unit roliing forward when doors are opened. confirmed complaint, door sticks out slightly at the top and sits a little lower than freezer door. unit is on a tile floor and rools easily. unit sits on rollers and does not have flat feet to put it in. i adjusted door so it sits level height wise. door doesnt seem to stick out so much now. explained to cx he may need to put front feet on a small rubber mat or put a chalk under the wheels to keep unit from rolling but that it is working correctly. cx is happy with the unit."

"Reran diagnostics on arrival and found F5E3 and F7E9, Ran test cycle and the unit ran the cycle properly, but had a heavy knocking noise during agitate. Inspection of the drive system found the gearcase has been leaking oil, dust found stuck to the oil all around the inside of the cabinet and on the rotor. Console keypad test ran good. "On arrival, pulled the unit out from under the counter and found no drain line. Unit plugged in and the display and lights will turn on. Unable to test the unit without a proper drain. It appears that the unit has a secondary drain pump exterior to the unit that is not a Whirlpool part. Informed customer that a plumber will be needed to either run a drain line from that pump to the unit and we can attach it then or I provided them with the part number for the condensate pump for this unit (1901A) and plumber can run line directly from drain connection to the unit and we can install the condensate pump and attach drain line. Unit will still need to be tested after all of this. Customer will try to get this done by the 30th.; saved tckt"

"cx compaint is the unit filling and then just sitting there doing nothing, no wash, no drain, no spin. checked for codes and found F1E2 motor fault, F7E6 motor fault. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit agitated but did not spin. during spin unit made a loud humming noise, lights flickered/ went out and drum turned CCW slowly. lid also unlocked while drum was turning. stopped cycle and ran drain pump. i found no loose connections on the board. outlet is properly wired and supplying 120vac. i found the capacitor reading OL in both directions. ordering capacitor and control board for return visit. schedule when approved and when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (capactor) and 1 W11116592 (control board)"
