"cx complaint unit shaking and banging around alot. inspected unit, still have f7e7 error stored. autotest runs good. found unit leaning to the right a little. suspension checks good, no play in basket. no oil leaking from gearcase but there is a little play in it. releveled unit. autotest ran good again. ran drain and spin small load of wet towels and one sheet, all cx had. no unusual noises. unit shook a little but it seemed normal for the load i had in it and got better once it balanced out load. unit is now working properly. if cx calls back, i would replace gearcase, splutch and belt."

I then checked the Drain Pump section. Found that there is a sock in the Drain. Removed the sock and items from the Drain Pump. Tested the unit. No leaks. Unit is working as Designed. Cx complaint of improper flame in center burner. Came out today and removed unit and turned off gas and disconnected power. Removed lid and replaced gas valve and 2 lines going to orfice holder. Using a gas sniffer made sure no fuel was leaking anywhere. Tested with customer and found everything worked good. Then after center burner got hot the motion of simmer to medium the burner would pop and make a static noise. But if you kept turning the noise would go away. Called Techline and explained to them. They are stating that its caused by the propane and regulator at the tank. No on the unit. Sent two videos to Techline showing a normal sweeping motion and going slow when the noise is caused.That its working as intended and no further work needs to be done. Unit is working as intended. Job complete

Pulled unit out and found left side hinge bound up and right side hinge spring no longer intact causing the door to have issue opening and closing due to hinges and caused inner door to warp. Ran unit and found unit leaking from rear seam which is trickling down and causing sump motor to stall. Unit will need console, sump assembly, hinges, inner door and outer tub along with a 2 call count due to the amount of work needed. Cx complaint is that the unit is not dispensing water and the ice maker is not making ice. Upon arrival I attempted to run the water thrun the dispenser. I could hear the valve activate but the water was not flowing. I removed the filter and inserted a bypass and found the same result. I had the cx shut the water off and I removed the line from the valve and had the cx turn the water back on. I found that water is flowing thru the filter head. I then inspected the resrvoir and found that the inlet line is frozen. I was able to thaw the line and the water was dispensing as intended. I also jumped the ice maker and verified that it was able to harvest and fill. Unit is functioning as intended. I called TL and documented the findings.
