Customer complaint unit is not heating properly arrived today and inspected unit. Found no error codes present found that customer had large metal pans on bottom of both top oven and bottom oven. Removed pans and using a temperature probe ran an average test cycle in top oven at 250°. Found of six averages. The ending temperature was at 249.33° explain to customer how the ovens work now and that temperature will fluctuate due to EPA regulations. Unit is working as intended job complete.

"cx complaint unit was having issue with door popping open, would have to hold door closed to get unit to run. now unit is giving f1e5 error about 20sec into cycle. inspected unit and verified complaint. found gap in MW door liner on top and left side. took front panel off and reinstalled it. got gap on side to close but still have small gap at top, tested door over 20times and its starting everytime and dont hear any clicks when pushing on door. door should be good now. for f1e5, control is sending 120v to inverter. was going to try installing the mag even tho it usually needs inverter if mag needs replaced but new mag was damaged, pic saved, no styrofoam in the box. reordering mag and inverter. quoted 753.77, cx paid 623.77 and will owe 130 labor on return visit; ordrng 1 W11346197 (magnetron(REORDER)) and 1 W11325604 (inverter)"

Confirmed the issue saying that the drink pump had metal pieces and Plastic pieces stuck inside the pump, remove the pieces, and notice that the drain line was installed to the hose incorrectly it had water slightly spinning out from install. I corrected the issue by tightening up the holes connection to the run, a drain cycle noise went away, there was no leaks."
