I noticed that the outer door trim is slightly, within the first 6 min of running the dishwasher. allowing water to run down outer door trim and pool under the front of the dishwasher. Removed the outer door trim of the path of the water, allowing the dishwasher to run for 15 min on normal and 5 min on heavy. No water leaks seen dropping onto the floor. "CX Complaint: Not Dispensing Ice Inspected Unit, Confirmed Ice maker makes and drops ice into the tray via Reset button. Found Ice Bound up in chute/dispenser housing, Investigated further and found the chute selecter rod came off the clip not allowing the chute to open. creating a blockage. Took the ice tray apart, cleaned it out, then reassembled. Reinstalled tray and tested ice maker. Everything now works as intended. Job complete."

SR// 7734016413. Installed new UI and the unit kept displaying Factoryh wifi 1/5 2/5 3/5 4/5 5/5 and then it went blank. I put the old one and the unit just turns on and displayhs press power button to con tinue. Press power button and then just sits there with normal and regular light on but displaying press power button to continue. Replace board and same thing. Everytime i replace the UI on this units is the same thing Factory wifi test and i have replace the wifi card from the old one to the new one and i did that and it does the same thing. press power.... but never goes pass that. CAlled techline and tl said the unit will be unrepairable and the customer needs to call extended warranty for disclosure.

cx complaint is the unit freezing items in the fridge section. when i arrived some items in the fridge on second self were frozen. my temp prob shows 32 in fridge section. unit is set to 40. i found damper is open. tested damper and it is working in diagnostic mode. RC thermistor shows 54 degrees when my prob shows 32. replaced harness and damper to be safe. restored power and set unit to recomended temps. advised cx to give it 24 hours to adjust and to keep items from being pushing against the damper. unit is working as designed.

"The same error code has come up twice now and we only bought the dishwasher in September. We have had to have it serviced twice. Thus, it should probably be replaced. Talked with cx, and cx stated that a previous company was out and looked at the dishwasher, and informed the cx that the water leak could be from the inlet seal, or water valve. I also stated that it possibly could be from cuved objects in front of the dishwasher door or gasket seal. Or front feet to low. Front feet are in a good position, no front leaks after running a self run test, also cleared all codes. No noticeable leaks at this time. Informed cx to load dishes with a curve in the rear, or in a different location. Unit working properly"
