"CX removed oven from the cabinet, the unit was on the floor. Temp sensor resistance from control was 1079ohm at room temp. Replaced control board, cleared errors (F6E1 and F3E0) and ran a 350F bake cycle. The unit ended the preheat in about 5 minutes but the temp in the cavity was about 200F. Seems like the resiatance on the sensor connection was raising too mutch under the heat. Hard wired the temp sensor by using ceramic wire nuts and ran a bake cycle again. The unit preheated ok and the temperature on display matched the temperature in the cavity. Unit good to go"

"Customer complaint unit is not making ice. TEsted ice maker. 56 no error, 57 completed harvest, 58 warmer that harvest temps, Ran test 15 ice level is working, Test 45 and ice maker filled up but the ice maker was empty. Tested temps and refrigerator is 38 set at 36 and freezer is set to 0 and is about 5 degrees. RC is not overfrsoting. Ran test 19 and tested heater. Heater to the fill tube is reading 4 ohms and across with the facia 1.687 kohms. I dont know if that is right or not not in the techsheet. But is warming up. Ran 36 and the fan is not full speed. I reset the unit and the unit did not came back on right away. The customer stated they place a surge protector in it. We removed it because it can be causing issues. After reseting the board the fan on 36 was full speed. Unit is good"

"The same error code has come up twice now and we only bought the dishwasher in September. We have had to have it serviced twice. Thus, it should probably be replaced. Talked with cx, and cx stated that a previous company was out and looked at the dishwasher, and informed the cx that the water leak could be from the inlet seal, or water valve. I also stated that it possibly could be from cuved objects in front of the dishwasher door or gasket seal. Or front feet to low. Front feet are in a good position, no front leaks after running a self run test, also cleared all codes. No noticeable leaks at this time. Informed cx to load dishes with a curve in the rear, or in a different location. Unit working properly"

SR// 7734016413. Installed new UI and the unit kept displaying Factoryh wifi 1/5 2/5 3/5 4/5 5/5 and then it went blank. I put the old one and the unit just turns on and displayhs press power button to con tinue. Press power button and then just sits there with normal and regular light on but displaying press power button to continue. Replace board and same thing. Everytime i replace the UI on this units is the same thing Factory wifi test and i have replace the wifi card from the old one to the new one and i did that and it does the same thing. press power.... but never goes pass that. CAlled techline and tl said the unit will be unrepairable and the customer needs to call extended warranty for disclosure.

UI is completely unresponsive. took top panel off and tested at the control for power coming into the unit. unit should have 12vdc and only had 3.8. checked voltage to ui and only getting 57.1vac. because this unit is stacked I can't get behind it to check the terminal block for proper wiring and test components on the back to see what exactly is wrong. cx stated they have only had 1 successful use from the dryer for a single bathing suit and recently had the vents cleaned before the new unit was delivered. returning with parts and a 2nd tech. rescheduled with cx for 7/11/22 am requested. cx will be out of town prior and is only home the 11th and 12th.; schdld next appmnt for 7/11 MON AM
