cx complaint unit showing f9e1 error. plugged unit in upon arrival and entered diag. found the unit to have saved the described f9e1 as well as an f7e6 error. unit does not have standing water in it and cx stated that had never occured and the code was only prompted once. cleared fault codes and ran auto test. unit filled thru all 3 valves and then proceeded to drain with no issues. found drain hose is about 8 inches into the standpipe which is ideal. unit agitated during wash and motor did not indicate any unusual action. spin cycle revved at multiple speeds as intended in diag test. performed calibration and provided cx instruct and unit now checks good.

GOT HERE pulled unit out and found that installer had left wiring to oven exposed without being inside the box causing L2 to short to ground rewired and place inside junction box then found that mw was detecting door open checked switches and are fine call TL AdrianSR# 7734016271 had me check fuses nad cavity tstat all looked good problem with mw control replaced parts fix platform for CX so oven can slide in/out easily tested and working properly

cx complaint is the door dropping all the way open when unlatched. confirmed complaint. door drops like it has no springs or anything supporting it. i pulled unit out to inspect hinges and found the spring on the right side had come unhooked. i put it back toether and tested door several times. spring is keeping tension on the hinge at all times so it can not pop apart again. unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint the unit only make grinding noise and doesn't wash.Once powered the unit the drain pump started. Cancelled by holding start button and ran test mode, found F0E5. It seemed a water level system faillure but I didn't have any error showing that. Pressure hose ok and air dome ok. Ran a test cycle, the unit worked ok. Ran a calibration cycle just in case and then I started a normal cycle. The unit washed ok and when I cancellad the cycle drained ok. If the cx calls back with the same issue, please pre id the control board W11399433."
