Customer complaint unit is not igniting and ove is not working also the UI is beeping. I tested voltage and the unit is not getting good voltage only getting 120 on black and 30 on red. Needs 240 to work properly. Customer s getting electrician. The control was beeping. I revomed the UI and found one of the ping was barely on and a little corrotion. The unit was a floor module and was sold to the customer last yearr installed last week. I clean corrotion with alcohold and reseated the pin. Tested unit is now back to normal operations. No tother corretion. it looks like it may have been condensation from sitting at the store. Unit is not beeping but customer needs electrician to fix voltage issue.

I started taking the gasket off and i notice the liner ont he bottom of the door is already coming loose and the new gasket is not catching correctly. I added adhesive and screws to the liner but still loose and the screws hold long term. The unit should of be getting a new door. I finished installing the new gasket and made it seal but the liner is loose so the door needs to be replaced. Ordering FC door. Customer is aware the door is coming to her. Cx complaint is that the unit will not drain. Upon arrival I found that the drain pump is activating and attmpting to pump. I removed the drain hose from the disposal and found that the plug was not knocked out. I removed it and the unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint a lot of things. Inspected unit and found that parts we ordered are incorrect and wont fix any issues stated by Cx. 5 leds in RC are out as well as 1 in fc. Also found pantry ui Is completely out. Door dispenser get stuck and water continues to run out. The biggest complaint is the fan in fc makes loud noise. Heard noise off video and the fan seams to hit Ice. Ordering all parts for return visit. cx complaint unit is no longer cooling so unplugged it. inspected unit then plugged it in compressor came on then turned off. cycled power took amp draw would get up to 2.5 amps and compressor would turn off no click nothing. replaced starter and now compressor is running steady so took amp draw and is .3 amps and no heat on condeser line. infomred cx we have a freon leak and is time to get a ne one. collected 120 for service fee.
