I was able to edjucated CX on the poverloading and stuck button errors. I then ran a manuel test and found that the Hot side of the valve is not opperating. I inspected the valve and foun d that the harness also has tention on it due to the way it is installed and wraped around the valve housing. I am ordering 1 water inlet valve (W11165546) and 1 valve harness (W11130935). Once the contract is apporved, please have someone for m the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11130935 (vlave harness) and 1 W11165546 (valve)"

Customers complaint is the freezer is working but the refrigerator is not working. Inspected unit found fan motor not moving. I inspected the fan motor found it was locked up and could not move the fan blade due to the motor being locked up. I drove to the office and picked up fan motor I replace fan motor and notice that it had a loose connection in the harness. On the black wire going into the terminal block from the fan motor had come out of the connector I was able to push wire up into connector to get fan to turn on. Fan is not working but will need new harness due to broken wire at fan connector. Evap harness shows special order please reschedule with ETA on part; ordrng 1 W11305543 (Evap harness)

I removed the top of the unit and found that the belt had broken. I am ordering the belt and Idler pulley. CX complaint WASHER squeaking squealing noise - sometimes doesnt complete cycle - load is wet & CX has to unplug & restart to drain & spin. Check - no error codes. Motor shifter splutch & agitator components are good & tight no oil leaks. Level unit. Ran several hi spin / agitate tests. Verified cold & hot water connections. Water hoses / drain & power cord not too close to rear of unit. DLMS & ran test wash. Ran drain & spin. Could not replicate noise unitil loaded unit with some large towels & max fill. A few minutes later the squeaking was heard during agitate. 2Count. Gearcase OOS > JJ; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase. OOS) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11481722 (actuator)

Customer complaint unit is not heating front right burner. I tested the unit and the unit is not turning on and the hot surface is not turning on. I checked the switch and found loose. I tested the burner and the hot light comes on but not the burner. I follwed the harness and while i checked some connections. and found black wire pin is coming out. I reseated the pin inside the connector. Unit is bacck to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit is leaking. I tested the unit and no error and completed diagnostics not leak and the floos as no stains and the customer stated that it only had happen liek 3 times. She showed me a video and the unit is leaking out the front with a lot of suds. I Told the customer that the issue is overdosing the unit. Only one pod per cycle and if the dishes are rinse in dishsoap the plates need to be rinse and clear of any dishsoap to prevent sudsing. She is going to be more carefull overloading. Unit is good. Issue is overdosing the unit. Unit is good.
