"cx complaint overfrosting in rc again and frost on everything in fz this time. inspected unit and verified complaint. found sheet of ice in bottom of fz causing door to not close properly and frost in fz. found drain clogged. unclogged drain and cleared all ice in fz. door now closes good. found several issue that could have caused overfrosting in rc. first being drain clogged which is good now. also found condensor clogged up with alot of lint, defrost thermistor in wrong place, and tabs broken off of evap cover and evap enclosure. cleaned off condensor, made sure both drains are clear with steamer. cleared all frost on evap with steamer. ordering evap cover, enclosure, rc evap fan drip pan kit. fan and drip tray kit replaced less than 1yr ago. quoted 573.82, paid 408.82 with check#2891; ordrng 1 W11457241 (drip pan kit) and 1 W11033168 (rc evap fan) and 1 WPW10469927 (evap enclosure) and 1 W11211387 (evap cover)"

Customer complaint unit was leaking from the bottom. I found the unit was not drainning correctyl. I removed drain tube and was clogged up with goo and the unit was not level. Also the grill was very dirty. I clear all the issue. I turned the water on and tested water and ice maker and not leaking. I could net see a leak and the water was on the whole time. This is probablyu an issue with the level of the unit and or the grill being dirtyh mayh have develop extra humidity. Customer is going to call back if the leaking persist but unit is not leaking collected 120.

Customers complaint is water is leaking into the ice bin and warm temperatures in the freezer. Customer seated after he made the service call the freezer temperatures came back to a normal setting. Inspected unit found Frost in the freezer on the drawer. I noticed their items in the pizza area that were causing the upper drawer not to fully close keeping the freezer door open. Informed customer to make sure that there are not large items keeping the drawer from closing that could potentially keep the freezer door open. Inspected ice maker found unit leaning forward causing water from the ice maker fill to leak into the ice bin. I leveled feet to lean unit back so that the unit is not leaning forward towards the ice bin. I cycled ice maker ice maker cycled and filled and did not leak water into the ice bin at this time.
