"cx complaint unit never worked it wont finish a cyle said it will put water in and locks but then unit is dead he said but will tunr back on and drain and spin will work. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none. ran service ccyle unit agitated 1 direction the control turned off then turned back on with lid lock light on then unlocks. i then went to van and grabbed new motor from v/s installed and tested same issue, replaced acuator same issue. checked harness motor side ohms good and drain pump ohs to 20 ohms, shifter is 2520 ohms in spec control has to be the issue. ordering control and door lock both part in stock so rescheduled for friday 7/8/22; ordrng 1 W11497303 (motor SD V/S) and 1 W11608058 (control) and 1 W11307244 (doorlock), used 1 W11497303 (motor) from stock"

"CX complaint door coming apart and sharp edge exposed that she cut her finger on so she worried about her grandkids getting cut and oven not heating like should. Inspected and found both sides of the outer glass assembly trim pealing back at the tops and now has a pointed/sharp eadge sticking out. Ran oven cycle set to 350 and probe read 485 when control recognized preheated to 350. Let cycle 3x from 485 preheat and were: 332-352, 325-350 and 328-349. Reignition fast only taking 2 snaps from the ignitor. Temps not being read/communicated correctly between the sensor and control. verified cx complaint of unit dispensing ice backwards. crushed gives cubed and vise versa. called techline and spoke with Robert SR#7734031441. advised to reverse the wires at the auger motor to change auger spin direction and if that did not correct the problem to replace user interface and main board if switching the wires did not work. reversed the wires at the auger motor. motor turn is now matching selection at UI.
