I inspected the valve and foun d that the harness also has tention on it due to the way it is installed and wraped around the valve housing. "Cx complaint that the unit's upper oven is not heating at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the unit is getting 240v at the J box and the connectors at the board are secure. The upper element has an ohms reading of 16ohms, which is good. I preheated both ovens and the upper one produced no heat at all. The unit will need a new control board and UI console to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit.
