P8 Pins 7 & 8 = 10.8 M Ohms. I then checked the Refrigerator Evaporator. At the Thermistor I'm getting 11.84 Ohms. Whirlpool Ref # 7734040805. Told CX that it's considered cosmetic and WP would have to give auth for repair. She then starting saying they just come on but none of the cooktop valves turning without being pushed in. CX thought bezels are part of the knob, not independant from the valve knobs and the bezels being off alignment have no affect on the valves. Unit would need new Bezel Kit. "Cx complaint unit started having issues cooling a couple weeks ago but then got better then it began getting worse. Was able to access unit and verify the model and serial number. Cx was currently getting items from unit so unable to get an accurate temp. Removed evap cover to find good frost pattern and found 10.29K Ohms at fc thermistor with evap fan running. Found compressor and condensor fan running but when kick plate was removed found that the condensor had a layer of dust on it. Removed dust. Contacted techline and spoke to Rob found product temperature 10F, checked amps and found 0.7Amps, and ran watts and found averaged 108-110 Watts, techline said potential small sealed system leak, contacted sealed system tech MM and we will monitor the situation moving forward"

Customers complaint is the freezer is working but the refrigerator is not working. Inspected unit found fan motor not moving. I inspected the fan motor found it was locked up and could not move the fan blade due to the motor being locked up. I drove to the office and picked up fan motor I replace fan motor and notice that it had a loose connection in the harness. On the black wire going into the terminal block from the fan motor had come out of the connector I was able to push wire up into connector to get fan to turn on. Fan is not working but will need new harness due to broken wire at fan connector. Evap harness shows special order please reschedule with ETA on part; ordrng 1 W11305543 (Evap harness)

verified cx complaint of unit dispensing ice backwards. crushed gives cubed and vise versa. called techline and spoke with Robert SR#7734031441. advised to reverse the wires at the auger motor to change auger spin direction and if that did not correct the problem to replace user interface and main board if switching the wires did not work. reversed the wires at the auger motor. motor turn is now matching selection at UI.

"CX complaint door coming apart and sharp edge exposed that she cut her finger on so she worried about her grandkids getting cut and oven not heating like should. Inspected and found both sides of the outer glass assembly trim pealing back at the tops and now has a pointed/sharp eadge sticking out. Ran oven cycle set to 350 and probe read 485 when control recognized preheated to 350. Let cycle 3x from 485 preheat and were: 332-352, 325-350 and 328-349. Reignition fast only taking 2 snaps from the ignitor. Temps not being read/communicated correctly between the sensor and control. "cx complaint unit never worked it wont finish a cyle said it will put water in and locks but then unit is dead he said but will tunr back on and drain and spin will work. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none. ran service ccyle unit agitated 1 direction the control turned off then turned back on with lid lock light on then unlocks. i then went to van and grabbed new motor from v/s installed and tested same issue, replaced acuator same issue. checked harness motor side ohms good and drain pump ohs to 20 ohms, shifter is 2520 ohms in spec control has to be the issue. ordering control and door lock both part in stock so rescheduled for friday 7/8/22; ordrng 1 W11497303 (motor SD V/S) and 1 W11608058 (control) and 1 W11307244 (doorlock), used 1 W11497303 (motor) from stock"
