CX complaint was that temops are not correct. I found that the unti has no error codes. I was able to ohm out the sensor at the sensor and the control and foundit to OHM out at 1.700 OHMS. I then tested the unit and a bake cycle of 350. I foun d that the utni cycled 4 tiimes at the correct temp . Unit is opperating as designed. CX will use unit and call back if prombles continue . I was not able to recreate concerns .

Customer complaint unit was leaking from the bottom. I found the unit was not drainning correctyl. I removed drain tube and was clogged up with goo and the unit was not level. Also the grill was very dirty. I clear all the issue. I turned the water on and tested water and ice maker and not leaking. I could net see a leak and the water was on the whole time. This is probablyu an issue with the level of the unit and or the grill being dirtyh mayh have develop extra humidity. Customer is going to call back if the leaking persist but unit is not leaking collected 120.

F8E4 overfill/ float switch F9E2 draining problem Cx complaint error code f8e3 kept popping up and would not let her wash dishes. Inspected unit and checked for error codes. F8E3 was not stored but did find other two above. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle. Check for error codes after cycle and nothing came back. Did find suds but added no soap. Cleared the suds out and drained. Found zero error codes after 10 minutes. Checked the float switch for food or trash. Inspected float switch in pan and no standing water or wet insulation. From what I can see everything is running as intended. No parts are needed at this time. If problem re occurs I would suggest a control board.
