I accessed the drum and found that the belt has worked its way off of the pulley. I also found that the belt is frayed in several areas. Cx complaint is that the unit is still leaking when the ice maker is filling. Upon arrival I found that the ice maker was able toharvest. How ever I found that the ice cubes are bridged together at the rear of the ice maker to the point that they are taking the shape of the rod above the tray. I found that the water is leaking at the rear when filling now. I was able to level the ice maker by adjusting the screws. Cx stated that the valve was recently replaced as well. Unit is functioning as intended.

"The complaint was the unit wasn't cooling. And the refrigerator site confirmed it, isswe seen the bottom of the evaporator and the freezer was completely iced over. And we've seen that the airway going to the refrigerator was completely blocked with ice. We removed the ice, then try to put the unit in diagnostic mode, but when we put it and diagnosed mode, the unit immediately started to shoot portraits and tried this multiple times with the same result, so we call Whirlpool technology.The tech line worker said the client wouldn't need a new control in a new u I Went over pricing with client, they said they will call back within 30 days if they want the work done.; ordrng 1 W11449482 (Control) and 1 W11518204 (UI)"

Cx complaint of improper flame in center burner. Came out today and removed unit and turned off gas and disconnected power. Removed lid and replaced gas valve and 2 lines going to orfice holder. Using a gas sniffer made sure no fuel was leaking anywhere. Tested with customer and found everything worked good. Then after center burner got hot the motion of simmer to medium the burner would pop and make a static noise. But if you kept turning the noise would go away. Called Techline and explained to them. They are stating that its caused by the propane and regulator at the tank. No on the unit. Sent two videos to Techline showing a normal sweeping motion and going slow when the noise is caused.That its working as intended and no further work needs to be done. Unit is working as intended. "cx complaint unit shaking and banging around alot. inspected unit, still have f7e7 error stored. autotest runs good. found unit leaning to the right a little. suspension checks good, no play in basket. no oil leaking from gearcase but there is a little play in it. releveled unit. autotest ran good again. ran drain and spin small load of wet towels and one sheet, all cx had. no unusual noises. unit shook a little but it seemed normal for the load i had in it and got better once it balanced out load. unit is now working properly. if cx calls back, i would replace gearcase, splutch and belt."
