"Cx complaint is that the unit is freezing items in the Left crisper drawer. Upon arrival i found that the cx had put a 1lb pack of ground beef in the crisper the night before and the bottom of the burger was frozen on arrival. I entered diag and found no stored error codes. I then tested the thermistors in diag and found RC 35, FC 8, FC Evap Thermistor 32, Amb 32 and the cc at 8. I also took temp readings with my thermocoupler and found that the Rc is 33/34 degrees and the FC is at 5 degrees. Unit is set at 5 for LH FC, 0 for RH FC and 39 for the RC. I also ran test 41 and found that the damper is functioning. I called TL and informed them of my findings. TL is submitting the unit for product review. Job complete."

Removed pans and using a temperature probe ran an average test cycle in top oven at 250°. Found of six averages. "cx complaint the unit is not cooling without being bery very noisy. checked the unit and found that the freezer coil was not a full forst pattern and creating ice along the top of the coil. therefore, i checked the pressures. low side was a little low in test 4. rc running at 2-4 and fc running in a slight vac. therfore, i checked for leaks. found no leaks present or any dye indicating a leak. therefore, the unit was under charged when serviced last. added r134a to the system. tested again in test 4 rc pressure now 12-14 and fc pressure is 5-7. unit is running as designed. advised cx to monitor and if any issues persists to please call us back cx agreed."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water in the Refrigerator. Checked the Refrigerator Temperature. I'm getting 38.6 Degrees. Checked the Freezer Section. I'm getting 0.4 Degrees. I then checked the Refrigerator Evaporator. Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. Noticed that the Volora Gasket on the Ice Maker is building Ice again. This is causing Water to drop down on the back wall and pool water on the lower liner of the Refrigerator Section. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Per Whirlpool Techline to install the Volora Gasket Kit = WPW10688359 . ( Please see Sd Pictures. )

Used bucket of water to confirm Units function, Unit is not getting water from supply. advised CX to contact licensed plummer to check water flow and pressure to unit."
