Cx complaint is unit oven light comes on and flickers. inspected and verified complaint. when the oven door is opened the light comes on for a few seconds and then begins to dim low to bright and also flickers on and off. tested the light relay in diag mode and the same thing occured but the light stayed on the way it should slightly longer. no error codes present. shut the unit off at the breaker and was about to pull the unit out and realized i would need power to check connections at the control before simply replacing it. when the power was turned back on the unit light was working completely normal. tested multiple times and the light came on and stayed on. unit is working as designed. job complete

cx showed me that most of the burners are high except the 2 on the rear middle and left(pic). the burner caps are not locked into the heads they sit on. the right front and rear are swapped and the front middle and left are swapped. installed the correct caps onto the heads and the flames are all good now. informed the cx if they ever move them the caps must go back on the correct burners. the grates are cracked but informed the cx they are not covered. the unit is now good

"CX complaint New Dryer NOT dryingInspected unit, Unit produces heat but DOES not dry clothes. Went to the back of unit and checked resistance for the Thermal Fuse, TCO, High limit, Thermostat, and element. All show continuity IN range. I then Ran the Dryer again and removed the lint trap off the top... the dryer was blowing air Out the lint trap! Once disconnected the vent, then ran the unit started sucking air into the lint trap and blew air OUt the back of the unit. Issue is likely within the vents of CX house, hes contacting installers/vent people to resolve the issue."

Also found heating element has to be changed due to S code. Spoke with techline and they advised we need to replace the tub assembly. Spoke to Cx and he said hes going to call the company he purchased it from cause he would rather get a brand new one other then build one. The company lied to him and told him it was new and no damage.
