The issue is related to the GF2 board (HV) not getting power from the Orion board. Ran forced defrost and it didn't work. Replaced orion board, water dispenser worked ok. Ran Rc forced defrost, iot worked ok. Cx is unplugging the unit for 36 hours in order to manually defrost it. The unit is working ok."

cx complaint unit is not completing the cycle similair issue suds at the bottom he said. inspected unit then checked for errors and had 6 3 6 4. i then checked drain hose like tech sheet said dumped water down it and water is entering the dishwasher the highloop isnt sealing. replaced high loop and ran diagnostics and it got stuck in the begingin at the manual advance it then it went through fine but f6e4 error return. removed the switch and ohms it out and seems to be working fine i hit the button and would go open everytime so switch is fine could be a control issue. i told cx to run unit when i elave and if does not work call us we will have to reorder the control

Customer complaint unit makes noises when the door is open the door swings out and the bottom trim is coming off. I tested teh unit and found the gasket is not sealing adjusted gasket and they nosie is still present. I wiped the gasket and the nosie stops. The trim at the bottom is loose but is attanched the customes asked me if that affects cooling. I told him that is just a cover for the cooling of the system but is not gasket even if it looks loose cooling is not escaping. The door swinging out is normal for this model this model does not have any opnner ot closer. The door is going to go where gravity wants it to be. But the stopper will keep it from swinging pass wat is designed to do. unit is back to normal operations.
