Cx complaint that the unit is not draining. I inspected to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: fae2 f9e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I checked the drain pump and found no debris or objects in the drain pump. The unit is working as designed. Potentially something was stuck in the drain pump and passed through on it's own.

"WP3392519 thermal fuse 9.98WP694089 blower wheel 26.89cx complaint the unit is not finishing any cycles on high heat. the cx will have to wait ateast 10 minutes to allow it to 'cool' down before workikng again. checked the vent and have proper airflow. checked error codes and had an error f4e4. losing L2. tried to verify the loss of L2 by running the unit in high heat time dry for 20 minutes. finally the unit shut down. unit still had 240 vac just the motor and the element not running. checked my voltage from control and have 120 vac being sent to motor. therefore, the motor should be running but is overheated. unit will need a new motor to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 WP694089 (blower wheel) and 1 WP3392519 (thermal fuse)"

Lint trap cannot be installed properly. removed back of unit and lint trap housing and found a ball of lint blocking airflow and lint traps from being installed. removed ball of lint and re-assembled unit. Advised cx to call for a vent cleaning service as soon as possible as is possible fire hazard and recommend cleaning once per year. Also recommended to clean lint trap after every use.

cx did not make its 15 minute window that i stayed for the cx. cx followed me down the street to stop me. once in a parking lot cx stated he is late due to traffic. called the office to see what they want me to do next. spoke to Lauren will return to do the job. disassembled the unit as needed. replaced all parts and put the unit into a vac. once in a vac i made sure it held for over 15 minutes. it did so i added R600 to the system. made sure my low side pressure was inbetween -4 and 0. unit is running as designed. advised cx to not leave any belongings on top of or leaning against the unit. cx agreed.
