"Cx complaint normal sensor cycle stops after few minutes and says done but clothes still wet.Inspected unit, found a dryer sheet with one side stuck in the filter housing, covering the sensor bars and preventing clothes to touch the sensor. Removed dryer sheet and ra a normal sensor cycle using a piece of wet paper towel on the sonsor bars. The unit stopped and showed done when the paper towel was completely dry. Ran test mode, found no errors. Ran a load test mode with a new piece of wet paper towel, the moisture sensor passed the test. The unit is good. Collected $120"

Combed over element and did not see any damage and energized at the end of the test cycle. Control disabling for some reason. Also unit was not making any sound when buttons are depressed and CX said it never has. The once in test mode it started making sound. Ordering new Control and UI plus returning with Pre-IDed Sump. cx said unit worked at 350 when we tested then he used unit to bloil at a higher temp and then unit did same issue. checked unit for codes and found F8E1 F6E6 and F6E3. cleared codes and in test mode was able to run fans. turned both ovens on to 450 to check temp range and see how unit heated and ran. at 450 upper tested at 435 and started dropping to 408 and would slow heat back up and lower at 426 and dropped and would rise. canceled and checked temps in options and upper at 240 and lower at 245 is what unit was reading. per codes and running issues parts are needed. office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11399172 (Console Stainless) and 1 W11294389 (Control) and 2 WP4449751 (Thermostat)s and 2 W11290976 (Sensor)s and 1 W11399172 (Console Stainless)

Customers complaint is the freezer drawer when pulled on left side will not open all the way and will cause the door to shift. Customer showed me when opening from the center there was not an issue and when opening from the right side there's not issue but when pulling on the door handle from the far left side of the door handle the door cockeyes and the gears will grind for the sliders. Inspected unit I did not find anything broken or wrong. I explained to the customer that pulling from the center is the best way to open the door and this can happen when pulling from the sides. This will cause the gears to not go on to the tracks properly and causing the door to become cockeyed. Customer understands and will do this from now on.

I found when I unplugged the door switch connector from the door lock the error code went away. I tried to run test mode unit said c0 and would not advance. It's getting 120 volts to the tcu. I found unit will need control and door switch. I quoted customer for repairs. Customer did not want to repair unit at this time. Cx complaint of high temps and burning smell. Was able to access unit and found 242VAC incoming at terminal block. Checked all connections and all fuses had continuity with element having a resistance of 9.8 Ohms and no signs of grounding. Ran unit on high heat and using thermocoupler found it to cycle with a low of 128F and a high of 166F. Called techline and spoke to Bruce SR#7734058845. Attempted to call safety but they were closed. Cx has a pvc 90 coming off vent into flex vent. As per installation instructions cx will need to change to correct. Unit currently operating as designed.
