Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the compressor is running. I found only a partial frost pattern in the cabinet. I then did and amp draw and found that the amp draw was at 1.34 amps at the start and then went down to .56 amps and equalized out at .60 steady. I called MM and informed him of my finding. I am ordering a compressor and a filter drier. Will also need a 2 call count for the sealed system repair. Per prior tech's visit called WPTL on arrival to troubleshoot unit. Spoke to Drew. Found that unit gasket was defective. this was occuring from the door not properly closing and possible the hinges are defective. the defective hinges were determined to be a result of the cabinet/frame being twisted/warped. Per TL took measurements of cabinet and found the unit was off by a half inch which is also how much the door on the right hand side sticks out instead of being flush. left leveling leg is also bent so it will not sit level. Cx just settled on the house and the appliances were already installed before settlement. possible builder installed damaged unit. Cx is calling CCRT # to follow up. Unit is deemed non repairable

cx says the unit has stopped making ice and dispensing water so they tried replacing the water filter with no change. the water filter was not fully installed so when i fully installed it the unit is now dispensing water. jumped the ice maker but it didnt fill. cx says they had the bypass in but then the ice maker stopped making ice before the filter was replaced. jumpped n to v on the ice maker and it doesnt activate the valve when the door switch is pressed. jumpped t and h and the ice maker is sending 120vac to the valve. replaced the valve with preid and tested. the unit is now filling the ice maker. the unit is now good
