Got to the unit to follow up testing with techline. Tested temp and is reading both 1104 ohms. Off. Tested unit to 350. Heated to 350 and is reading 1754 lower 1788 upper. Heated to 450 lower 1973 and lower 1982 upper. Tested to 550 lower 2034 lower 2053 upper. Called techline and the told me to hardwire the sensor and test to lower temps. But ther unit works fine on 350 it ranges fines is when is higher temps that the unit does not heat to 550. They also said that other setting my be needed like convection. Techline wanted to cut the harness and hardwire the sensor. I stated that thats what the reasiong we are back to test the unit a different temps and check at the board to see if anything is loosing connection. Talked with cx and he showed me that the bail arm on the ice maker isn't dropping on it's own unless you push the arm down. The ice maker makes ice, but the bail arm doesn't drop. Removed freezer ice tray and rack. Removed 3 screws and disconnected harness. Plugged on new ice maker installed screws and freezer rack and ice tray. Used tape on door switch, Removed cover, used jumper wire. Watched wheel turn until the ice maker harvest. Bail arm dropped, Removed jumper, installed cover. Unit working properly"

Customers complaint is the unit is not unlocking. Inspected unit I found tub full of water. I unlock door and removed water and I removed water from drain pump hose. I checked power to drain pump while unit was in drain and spin test during the first 3 minutes I had 1.2 volts ac. I found that the unit's not draining due to power not being sent from the control to the drain pump. I looked up control and found that it's no longer available. Customer paid for service call with credit card.

In back i found drain tube was clear but when i poked upwards into drain with my small drain snake i was hitting ice and when i pushed it up, water flowed. "came out to look at the washer machine. upon arrival the cx was not there. came out after about 7 minutes. went inside and asked if cx was aware of the service call. cx had a call and kept walking away. i couldnt get a definitive yes for the service call. therefore, i waited and called for the cx. he finally showed and then quickly had another call to anser before i could explain the service to him. i grabbed my belongings and advised the cx that i will not be completeing service due to the cx not being ready for me or allowing me to explain the service before getting involved. also cx had the washer laying on its face and i would not be able to do anyting until he picked the unit back up right."
