Pulled resistance reading on thermistors at the control and Evap Thermistor was 19.77(6 degrees) and RC Thermistor was 3.11(71 degrees). Both in range for compartment temps. Compressor running. Discussed with MR and sounded like a control issue. Put back into forsed defrost and steam thawed evap. Installed new Control as sent by Pre-ID. Unit is now functioning properly. -MJrob

I ohmed the compressor and found it to be ohming at pin 1-2 5-8 , pin 3-2 5,9, and pin 1-3 11.1Ohms. I then took a amp draw and found the unit to be pulling 8.09 AMPS . "Cx complaint is unit not keeping temp intermittenly. Cx stated unit will preheat to 400, stay at temp for awhile and then go all the way down to 250 and stay there. Cx said unit does is it more on convection roast and convection bake but has done it on regular bake. Issue is intermitten and could not duplicate. Found convection fan working, cooling fan working, and oven was running about 20 degrees hot which the cx wanted me to leave how it was. Unit maintained temp for 20 mins. Found no error codes. "cx complaint, food thawing in freezer. tested, inspected, verified complaint. found evap frozen over. checked thermistors, Unit thermistor reading 3.1k at around 50-60* defrost thermistor was reading OL when cased in ice. replaced thermistor and also moved in off of the rubber cover it was located on and onto an actual line. cx wanted to leave unit open to defrost so she can clean it. instructed her to plug it in in around 48 hours to allow for defrost and to keep an eye on temp. spoke to renner and we both agreed that the evap harness and control should also be ordered. control is SO, so the customer is going to attempt to use the freezer in the meantime sothat we have a better understanding of issue on return visit. un able to resched. parts break down not clear on wire harness ordr both; ordrng 1 W11496873 (control) and 1 W11293512 (wire harness) and 1 W11324678 (wire harness)"
