"CX complaint F9E1 error during wash.Ran diag, confirmed F9E1 error (cleared). Tested drain pump, found slow drain, poor water flow in the disposer. Pulled unit out the cabinet, found 2 extra drain hose connected in line to extend the original drain hose. The 2 hoses run under the cabinets in order to reach the connection on the displser. The extension is about 14 ft in addition to the original hose. Called tech line, spoke to Derek, he said yes, the long drain hose causes slow drain and generates F9E1. Advised cx, she must to contact the installer, or a plumber in order to have the issue solved. Service covered by first 30 days installation issue."

"Cx complaint is that the unit is freezing items in the Left crisper drawer. Upon arrival i found that the cx had put a 1lb pack of ground beef in the crisper the night before and the bottom of the burger was frozen on arrival. I entered diag and found no stored error codes. I then tested the thermistors in diag and found RC 35, FC 8, FC Evap Thermistor 32, Amb 32 and the cc at 8. I also took temp readings with my thermocoupler and found that the Rc is 33/34 degrees and the FC is at 5 degrees. Unit is set at 5 for LH FC, 0 for RH FC and 39 for the RC. I also ran test 41 and found that the damper is functioning. I called TL and informed them of my findings. TL is submitting the unit for product review. Job complete."

"cx complaint started oticing water damage forming on kitchen ceiling so called roof company due to roof being underwarrenty still and he found some water in the pan in washer it wasnt ove flowing the lint was wet cx showed me pic. i inspected unit then checked for errors and had f0e1 f5e2 so cleared them test 12 completed and no leaks. ran test 1 drum filled up passed gasket stilll no leaks,then went on to test 2 still filling water is passed half inside drum and still no leaks no water anywhere. drained unit and still no leaks. ran sink no leak. ran quick wash cycle and cycle completed with no leaks. cx wants to run unit and will call us back if leaks unit is not leaking at this time. if washer was leaking the pan should have been overflowing and was not. cx will call us abck if leaked"
