"CX complaint is that the unti is leaking of gas. When I arrived, I found the unti RED tagged from Columbia Gas Co. I was able to plug the unit in and turned on the gas supply. I then stepped outside and calibrated a Combustable Gas metter. I reentered the home and walked slowly to and aroun d the range. I was able to go over the reg, supply , and line, manafold / valves ORF's and the bake/broil ORF's. I found no detection of gas leaking. I called WP saftey Team and explained my findings. No parts to be replaced at this time the unit is opperating as designed. Please see SR as prvided from Saftey team. CX informed me that they have lost trust in the unit and have already ordered and paid for a replacement Range. I unplugged and turn gas supply back off. Unit test good"

"cx complaint water pooling in bottom of unit sometime after cycle finishes. inspected unit and verified complaint. unit has good high loop in drain hose. ran diagnostics, f6e4 float switch open, f5e2 door stuck closed errors stored. ran test cycle everything seems to run correctly. only thing that makes sense is valve intermittently seeping. removed valve and found a lot of contruction debris in screen. flushed fill hose into sink to get any other debris out of fill hose before reconnecting to unit. tested unit. unit is now working properly"
