Customer complaint is the unit's not making ice. Inspected unit and put unit into test mode. I put you into test 58 shows 014 thermistor cooler than harvest cycle. This indicates that thermistor is within range to make ice. Test 56 showed e0 no error codes. I ran test 57 in unit showed 02 harvesting not completed. I ran test 59 for ice maker harvest motor and got the same results 02 for harvesting not complete. I inspected ice maker verified that it was plugged in I reinstalled ice maker and cycled power to the unit after cycling power I perform the same test. test 57 shows that it's harvesting and I could hear the ice maker motor working. Test 57 should harvest complete. I then performed test 45 ice maker fill test. Ice maker filled with water. I found that most likely the unit was not unplugged when the ice maker was taken down the ice maker until the power was cycled to the unit. I called tech line and documented.File number 7734061473 unit should now be making ice.

Inspected unit and found no response from control I checked and found the green light on back of the control and drain pump was on and trying to drain water but unit did not have any water in it. The drain pump sounds weak. I spun the basket and could see that the basket is out of balance this is due to a better. Unit will need your case, wash plate, pub drive, clutch, actuator and control board. "cx complaint unit not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. ice in the mold, water still dispensing. test 56 shows E0 for no errors. ran test 57 and it harvested fine, test 45 filled. test 15 showed 01 for ice container full when it was empty. found icemaker turned off. turned icemaker on and test 15 changed to 02. cx has no idea how it got turned off and neither of them even knew it was there. only other possible issue would be the cubes are a little small but seems its just from weak water pressure. unit tests good at this time. advised cx to monitor and call back if issue persists"

cx complaint is a rattling noise that happens after dryer gets hot. when i arrived cx started a load with some towels in it. after 10min the noise started and got louder and more frequent. i inspected and found noise is coming from blower wheel area. i removed the duct and found nothing out of place. put unit back together making sure everything was tight and not contacting anything it shouldnt. ran unit for 15min. noise returned. replaced blower wheel with preIDed part. tested unit. unit is working as designed.

"CX complaint: sound problem...sounds like a choo choo train. Tested and verified complaint. I found all 4 rollers and idler pulley all sounded rough so i replaced them from dryer repair kit from my van stock. Tested unit and still getting sound. Vent inside unit was rerouted to come out the side and seems to be the reason for the sound so i secured every part of it tghat may rattle with metal tape. Tested and still getting sound. Ordering blower wheel. "CX complaint is that the unti is leaking of gas. When I arrived, I found the unti RED tagged from Columbia Gas Co. I was able to plug the unit in and turned on the gas supply. I then stepped outside and calibrated a Combustable Gas metter. I reentered the home and walked slowly to and aroun d the range. I was able to go over the reg, supply , and line, manafold / valves ORF's and the bake/broil ORF's. I found no detection of gas leaking. I called WP saftey Team and explained my findings. No parts to be replaced at this time the unit is opperating as designed. Please see SR as prvided from Saftey team. CX informed me that they have lost trust in the unit and have already ordered and paid for a replacement Range. I unplugged and turn gas supply back off. Unit test good"

"Cx complaint Fc temp display randomly shows -11 and the gpes back to normal.Temp check with thermocouple showed 38F in the Rc and 0F in the Fc. Thermistors and control are reading correctly. Inspected connectors on Fc thermistor, found no issues. It doesn't seem to be a damper issue since, according to the cx, the Rc temp display never indicates warmer temp. "Attempted to replace part and found the unit mounted inside cabinetry. The bottom trim piece needs removed so when the mounting screws come out the unit could possibly come out of bottom clips. Informed cx to contact contractor to have trim removed and or the entire unit. The unit is pushed back far enough to where you're unable to remove conrol panel because its up against bottom of cabinet. If contractor doesn't remove unit, repair will need 2 tech to safely remove unit from space. Cabinetry is tight all around unit. "Surface Burner Flames Too High - Natural Gas - Cooktop. Inspected unit, and noticed that the Lf and Rf Burners are not igniting fast enough. It's taking about 8 to 10 sec. To ignite and when it dose ignite, iys almost a burst of flames. Both igniters are weak. I used a wire brush to make good contact with burner bases and caps. Nothing changed.
