"CX complaint is that the unti would not drain . I found that Technical Service Pointer #: W11482561B the drain pump (W11412291) needs to be replaced. I found the chopper assembly broken causing the currant pump to burn out. I also found that Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964 , the heating element (W11537778) will need to be replaced as well. I have disconnected the power supply and the breaker is powered off. I have advised CX to not turn the power back on until instructed to do so by the returning tech after repair is completed. Customer complaint unit is not filling with enough water. The customer showed the setting of heavy and the unit is not filling hig. I explainde that the unit is energy saving and water saving that it will not fill with higher levels of water if is not on bulky items or deep water wash. Also i tested the unit and found the hot water on cold and cold on hot. swap the hoses and not error codes. Completed a test cycle and ran test on deep water. And the unit filled with water and customer said that tahat was better. But i riminded him that the unit will not fill with a lot of water so even on deep water the unit may not god over the cloth. I also showed him how to load the unit. Unit is back to normal operations.

"complaint is the unit going off balance during every cycle. checked for codes and found F7E9 locked rotor, F2E1 stuck key. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. pushed basket down and it sunk easily, bounced several times when i let go of it. suspension is worn. replaced with preIDed part. calibrated and tested unit. unit is working as designed. cx paid in full for repair."

Cx complaint unit not finishing cycle and at one point over filled. Was able to access unit in maintenance shed and found F8E1 No fill long fill and F0E2 over suds. Ran tachometer verification test then automatic test. Unit passed both. Recalibrated and ran auto test again and unable to replicate the issue. Ran quick wash and unit filled then shut off and drained. Unit has a pressure system error. Will need harnesses and control and once in office will need to set return.; ordrng 1 W11417071 (lower harness) and 1 W11028053 (upper harness) and 1 W11481725 (control)

cx says the valve remained open during the cycle so much that they turned the water off at the wall. there is a f8e3(overflow) a f8e1(long fill) error codes in memory. ran the automatic test cycle and the unit is filling and during drain the unit remains filling. replaced the valve with pri id and ran the automatic test mode again. the unit is now shutting water off when the valve is not being used. water pressure does seem higher than normal but not registering on the cx well guage as high. the unit is now good

cx complaint unit not draining all the way. inspected unit and had water above filter. checked for errors and had f6e4 ran service ccycle to find unit wont drain at all. vacumed out water checked pump seems good then found broken plate glass in line so removed it and retested still not draining looks to be more class in line and i cnt get it out so replaced line and etsted still not draining. cleared water again checked rear line to disposal and is clear. called mike and he had me check sump and its chewed up where pump is from the glass being in there so long. hooked vacume up to drain line under sink and drained unit while vacume is runnnign anf unit drainied good. tried agan now without vacume and unit is draining good now. ifomred cx if unti stops again it will need sump.
