cx complaint is ice production and water flow. Installed evap fan from prior diagnosis. During install I found the rubber chut for fill tube was not installed properly and heater was exposed causing water to constatly drip down chute and into IM causing wet ice(FC IM). CX stated his original complaint was he had to change filters every 4 weeks because water flow would stop to both IMs and dispenser(Original complaint). FOund unit was never leveled during install and was leaning forward and when top IM would fill it would leak water into door IM and freeze the bottom. LEveled unit properly. CX also stated when he replaces filter everything works for about 4 weeks then stops. Ordering inlet valves and filter housing. All parts in abundance at Tribles. Reschediling CX for Friday 7/15/22.; ordrng 1 W11495416 (triple valve) and 1 W11482025 (inlet valve) and 1 W11482384 (filter housing)

CX complaint is no cool. Upon arrival I checked pressures from prior SS work. Low side was in a 10in vac and high side was at 100. Compressor ws really hot and making a funny noise. Pulled evap cover and found frost patter only to 2nd rung and no sign of leaks. Replaced compressor and installed coupler and replaced UV drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen and no signs of visible leaks. Vac'd unit down to 30 in for 15mins. After closing gauges vac held. Filled unit with 5oz of R134a. Low side pressure held steady at about 4psi after equalizing. Checked evap with 15 mins and had a full frost pattern. Pressure was still at 4psi. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

"arrived and installed control board. restored power and found when the knob is turned all LEDs turn on and sensing begins flashing, unit would not run any functions. outlet is wired proeprly and control is getting 120vac. board is defective. put old board back in and it powered on properly. ran service cycle. unit shut off when it should have agitated. unit then powered back on and unlocked lid. ran cycle again. same thing happened. voltage at the board did not drop when power was lost. capacitor test fine. nothing visable damaged. called techline they advised replacing the board and harness. "Attempted to replace part and found the unit mounted inside cabinetry. The bottom trim piece needs removed so when the mounting screws come out the unit could possibly come out of bottom clips. Informed cx to contact contractor to have trim removed and or the entire unit. The unit is pushed back far enough to where you're unable to remove conrol panel because its up against bottom of cabinet. If contractor doesn't remove unit, repair will need 2 tech to safely remove unit from space. Cabinetry is tight all around unit.
