Customer complaint unit is not filling with enough water. The customer showed the setting of heavy and the unit is not filling hig. I explainde that the unit is energy saving and water saving that it will not fill with higher levels of water if is not on bulky items or deep water wash. Also i tested the unit and found the hot water on cold and cold on hot. swap the hoses and not error codes. Completed a test cycle and ran test on deep water. And the unit filled with water and customer said that tahat was better. But i riminded him that the unit will not fill with a lot of water so even on deep water the unit may not god over the cloth. I also showed him how to load the unit. Unit is back to normal operations.

I found the chopper assembly broken causing the currant pump to burn out. I also found that Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964 , the heating element (W11537778) will need to be replaced as well. I have disconnected the power supply and the breaker is powered off. I have advised CX to not turn the power back on until instructed to do so by the returning tech after repair is completed. "Cx complaint is ice maker not making ice. tested and verified complaint. cx had recently installed new filter and it was stuck and building up pressure. per service pointer on this model the water dispenser shows high pressure and no water flow. tested and verified this issue. followed troubleshooting directions and removed filter and reinstalled it correctly. water pressure went back to normal and water flowed from dispenser as it should. informed cx on water filter housing being slightly off centered and could be why it wasnt seated properly. cx stated they were fine with it as it was. tested water fill for ice maker and water filled the ice tray to start ice harvest. unit is working as designed, job complete. "CX complaint: dripping from water dispenser, ice forming in FC, and gasket gap. Tested and verified cokmplaint. I tested dispenser but did not get any drips. Flipper mullion is gathering condensate which is running down and into FC. I heated and reshaped FC gasket. On return visit, replace flipper mullion and test before replacing control. Test dispenser again to verify that it is still not dripping. If FC gasket does not hold shape it may need to be replaced. Also, lean unit back a little by lowering legs to get easier close on FC door. Marking FC gasket and spigot for return just in case. Ordering flipper mullion and control (just in case). "I came to install the ordered parts, when I removed the slider I notice the magnet ring slid out of place again. I called WP techline to document this repeat issue. Techline had to check the gearcase shaft to make sure the slider is not getting stuck, the shaft is fine. Techline recommended reaching out to the parts provider concerning the part to see if this is a potential defective part. I installed an old slider from VS hoping it does not have the same issue. I installed the new slider, calibrated and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed"
