I am not hearing motor try to activate or actuator im also not hearing try to activate. ACU has 120vac coming in. 12vdc to UI. ACU flashing. Tested for voltage drop but did not have any voltage drop. Tested motor from control and had 5olms on both windimngs. Control W11519742 needed per WPTL. I quoted CX price and saved the quote. "Cx complaint Fc temp display randomly shows -11 and the gpes back to normal.Temp check with thermocouple showed 38F in the Rc and 0F in the Fc. Thermistors and control are reading correctly. Inspected connectors on Fc thermistor, found no issues. It doesn't seem to be a damper issue since, according to the cx, the Rc temp display never indicates warmer temp. "CX complaint: sound problem...sounds like a choo choo train. Tested and verified complaint. I found all 4 rollers and idler pulley all sounded rough so i replaced them from dryer repair kit from my van stock. Tested unit and still getting sound. Vent inside unit was rerouted to come out the side and seems to be the reason for the sound so i secured every part of it tghat may rattle with metal tape. Tested and still getting sound. Ordering blower wheel. cx complaint is a rattling noise that happens after dryer gets hot. when i arrived cx started a load with some towels in it. after 10min the noise started and got louder and more frequent. i inspected and found noise is coming from blower wheel area. i removed the duct and found nothing out of place. put unit back together making sure everything was tight and not contacting anything it shouldnt. ran unit for 15min. noise returned. replaced blower wheel with preIDed part. tested unit. unit is working as designed.

Customer complaint is the unit's not making ice. Inspected unit and put unit into test mode. I put you into test 58 shows 014 thermistor cooler than harvest cycle. This indicates that thermistor is within range to make ice. Test 56 showed e0 no error codes. I ran test 57 in unit showed 02 harvesting not completed. I ran test 59 for ice maker harvest motor and got the same results 02 for harvesting not complete. I inspected ice maker verified that it was plugged in I reinstalled ice maker and cycled power to the unit after cycling power I perform the same test. test 57 shows that it's harvesting and I could hear the ice maker motor working. Test 57 should harvest complete. I then performed test 45 ice maker fill test. Ice maker filled with water. I found that most likely the unit was not unplugged when the ice maker was taken down the ice maker until the power was cycled to the unit. I called tech line and documented.File number 7734061473 unit should now be making ice.

cx complaint unit not draining all the way. inspected unit and had water above filter. checked for errors and had f6e4 ran service ccycle to find unit wont drain at all. vacumed out water checked pump seems good then found broken plate glass in line so removed it and retested still not draining looks to be more class in line and i cnt get it out so replaced line and etsted still not draining. cleared water again checked rear line to disposal and is clear. called mike and he had me check sump and its chewed up where pump is from the glass being in there so long. hooked vacume up to drain line under sink and drained unit while vacume is runnnign anf unit drainied good. tried agan now without vacume and unit is draining good now. ifomred cx if unti stops again it will need sump.

cx says the valve remained open during the cycle so much that they turned the water off at the wall. there is a f8e3(overflow) a f8e1(long fill) error codes in memory. ran the automatic test cycle and the unit is filling and during drain the unit remains filling. replaced the valve with pri id and ran the automatic test mode again. the unit is now shutting water off when the valve is not being used. water pressure does seem higher than normal but not registering on the cx well guage as high. the unit is now good
