cx complaint no cool. since last visit it has been cooling well. reclaimned r134 and pressurized system with nitrogen. sprayed soapy water all over all copper/aluminium pieces and no bubbles. let nitrogen sit for 20 mins and came out of the pressured system about 4 psi. unit does have a leak its very small. tried to call techline but they are closed today. will need shop job for this to call and document. filled unit back up so cx could use it till replaced; saved tckt

Cs when shen she tries to preheat oven it throws f8e0 blower fan underspeed. I pulled unit out the wall and turned oven on. I found the upper oven cooling fan is barely moving compared to the lower cooling fan. Upper cooling fan is not working properly. Replaced upper cooling fan and tested again. Upper cooling fan is now working propery. Unit no longer throw f8e0 code and it preheats now.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not ejecting the ice, it gets stuck and only dispenses crushed ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the Icemaker off at the UI and IM arm in the off position. I turned it off and ran a harvest cycle, the unit worked fine. With there being no ice in the unit I was unable to replicate the dispensing performance. I recommend the cx getting a new ice bin based on the initial complaint. Customer complaint unit is not preheating fast. Takes a long time. He stated thatt it takes 10 min to preheat but the temps is not right is not cooking correctly. I preheated and the unit was done preheating but temp was lower it was like 300 but it gave me a F9E0 mnis wire error. I tested element and broiler and element is reading 20 ohms and broiler is 14.5. getting 240. I found relays a little crooked on the board. Repalce board and tested. Unit is heating better and is staying closer to temp set. And is heating with in 15 min so is good. Unit is back to normal operations.

"CX complaint is unit a no cool but only happens from time to time. Neither tech has witnessed unit not running but because CX lives out of town they wanted parts put on that could possibly be the problem. From what CX said the unit hasnt died in several weeks. Pulled unit out and immediately smaelled a burning smell when I pulled the panel off the control area. Replacec power board, main control and LED board per CX request. After repair unit is working properly. Also found the the CX has fridge on a 15a arc fault breaker in an area that is nknown for power outages. After paying for labor the CX is owed credit of $167.19 . Returning pantry harness and deli UI that was already paid for"

"CX complaint is WM making loud noises. Inspected/tested unit and could not verify complaint. Pulled no error codes and rain a test cycle, drain and spin and individual spin, agitate and drain. I did find the drain hose installed about 16in down inside standpipe. so I corrected that. Checked underneath unit for any oil or damaged parts and found none. In conversation with the CX she told me she does mix laundry with talls and sheets etc. Verified POP as 4/1/22. After tsting and inspection i find the unit is working properly and as designed. Job is complete"

"arrived and installed control board. restored power and found when the knob is turned all LEDs turn on and sensing begins flashing, unit would not run any functions. outlet is wired proeprly and control is getting 120vac. board is defective. put old board back in and it powered on properly. ran service cycle. unit shut off when it should have agitated. unit then powered back on and unlocked lid. ran cycle again. same thing happened. voltage at the board did not drop when power was lost. capacitor test fine. nothing visable damaged. called techline they advised replacing the board and harness. SR#7734064345. cx wants unit replaced, not fixed. gave him SR#. ordering parts. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11170317 (control board) and 1 W11448788 (harness)"
