Was able to access unit and as explained to the cx last time due to the unit having a skin condensor the side will intermittantly get warm along with unit in a non temperature controlled garage. Explained to cx if they call back for same issue they will be charged for a service call. Unit operating as designed no further work needed.

Customers complaint is the unit is not starting the cycle. When start is pressed the start button flashes. I found 6-1 error code for motor lost communication. When I put unit into test mode wash mode or turned on for The Purge cycle. And did not continue to run after that. I did this test several times I found that voltage is not being sent to the wash motor due to loss of programming. Unit will need new control. I quoted customer for replacing control. Customer is unsure if they'd like to repair unit at this time and pay for service call with check for two service call tickets check number 4471 for $210; ordrng 1 WPW10285178 (Control)

CX complaint is the unit is dispensing water when the ice paddle is pressed. Inspected unit pressed ice dispenser and the water dispenser sorry dispensing and not the ice maker. Customer also states that units on making ice. I found about two batches of ice were made in the bin. I check and found that the freezer temperature is at four degrees Fahrenheit and dropping food is solid. I checked test 56 ice maker error codes and have e0 no error code. Test 58 show 01 for ice maker colder than harvest temperature this is good this means that it can make ice. I ran test 57 for ice maker harvest test ice maker had solid ice in ice maker and ejected the ice. And ran test 45 ice maker fill test ice maker filled with water. I ran test 9 user interface button test. I found both paddles responding but when pressing ice maker paddle it shows three and then really fast shows at 2:00 then nothing after releasing. I've indicated that the user interface is bad. Contact line with my findings and went over all tests that were performed. Tech line agrees that using her face needs to be replaced. Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting and has an F70 error code. Upon arrival I found that the touch panel was unresponsive and the F70 was displayed and blinking. I unplugged the unit and found that i was able to enter into diag mode but the unit did not start the cycle. it stalled at the start and then displayed the F70 again. I quoted the cx for the cost of the reapir and explained that the UI may also have an issue and is NLA. Cx is not going thru with the repair. Job complete. I collected the service charge of $120.

Cx complaint unit not always draining issue starting 2 weeks ago. Cx stated that they removed the line and cleaned it and its been working again since. Entered diagnostic and only found f8e2 inlet water fill valve electrical problem but during testing found no issues. As of right now unit is operating as designed. Attempted to document with techline but their phone system was down. Cx must replace drain hose and remove 1 of the 2 highloops to eliminate the issue before we can service again. As of now no further work needed

"Customers complaint is the units leaking water from the refrigerator. Inspected unit found the bottom of the refrigerator cabinet full of water and leaking over down the freezer door and on to the floor. I inspected unit found drip pan frozen over and Boeing I cleared drip pan and drain hole. I noticed the mastic tape at the evaporator is pitting. And the enclosure has cracks in it from oil leaking down onto the evaporator enclosure and housing. tried to remove the unit but cabinet kickplate trim on either side is sticking out to far(pics). the bushings for the element are completely dissolved. informed the cx and left info on the tyc that the unit cannot be used until the return visit when parts are to be replaced. cx is going to call back in when the trim has been removed and we can remove the unit; saved tckt

Cx complaint unit not making ice. And Ice all over floor of freezer. Inspected unit and found fill tube was not in ice maker and when filling just filled freezer fill of water. Adjusted fill tube and cleaned out unit. Tested unit and no leaks and filled ice maker. Unit now working as designed.

came out to complete the SS repair on the unit. disassembled as needed. removed the compressor and other parts. replaced with new parts and then put unit into a vac. unit held pressure. added R600 to the unit and tested operation. unit is running as designed.

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

cx complant of ice and moisture in fridge inspected unit found the fridge door gasket was not sealing to cabnet raised the right foot and now unit is sealilng properly
