Cx complaint is unit making humming noise from front burners. tested and inspected and verified complaint. per prior techs diagnosis replaced manifold. tested unit and unit still made sound when more than one burner is being used at the same time. the front right and left burners have uneven flames despite being properly seated. Adjusted flames and they were still uneven. order burner heads to correct this issue. while investigating other sources of the noise occuring cx stated that the gas pressure has been tested 2 times and both times the LP measured below the minimum range of 11-14 inch WC. first reading was 8 and 2nd was 10. possible there is a gas pressure issue coming into the unit as the source of the sound. rescheduled with cx to replace burner heads on 7/1 AM requested.; ordrng 2 W11435630 (burner head)s

Cx complaint is that the unit is still frosting up within a few days of the last repair. Upon arrival I tested resistence at the control for the evap thermistor and the heating circuit. I found that thermistor to be reading at 49.2 K Ohms and the heating circuit at 103 ohms. I called TL and informed them of my findings. He stated that the thermistor was reading 53 Deg F. however the resistence chart that I was seeing had the reading at -18 to -20 degrees F. I spoke with MR to verify what I was seeing.
