Found no signs of a leak at any connections. All drain hoses, pressure hoses and water lines are dry. Ran unit through a cycle and rechecked all connections and could not find any signs of unit leaking. Cx stated builder came out and checked unit before us, its possible the builder corrected issue before arrival. Also load might have been to big and possibly leaked from vent on back of tub. "CX complai t is that the F has lost cooling. I found that with a thermacoupling the FC temps are 22 degrees. I found a large ball of ice over the cap tube with pnly 1 run of coil frosted. I took a AMP draw on the compressor and found a APM draw of .68 AMPS. Unit will need 1 sealed system repair. I am ordering 1 compressor (W11092625), 1 drier filter (W10843121), and 1 evap coil (W10836706). Return visit will need to be 3 call counted due to the time to replace the sealed system. Cx complaint is that the unit flooded her laundry room and carpet in an adjoining room. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in and found no error codes. I then inspected the unit for any signs of a leak. I found no obvious signs. I then ran the diag cycle and inspected the unit after. Still no signs of any leak. I then ran a quick wash cycle completely thru and removed the rear cover to watch for leaks. I was still unable to find any signs of any leaking. I called TL and documented with them. Per TL the unit had an suds lock situation. I informed the the cx of WP recommendations. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

CX comolai t is that the unitn is inconsistanit with temps. CX is using thermomator and logging temps. I was able to take a temp reading in the R of 30 degrees when set to 37 with thermacoupling in a bottle of water. I also took temp readings in the fc and fou temps at -2 when set to 0 degrees. Evapo has a good frost pattern and unit is making good ice. I spoke to AN in wearhouse. i am ordering 2 data loggers 1 for RC & 1 for FC. Per previous tech I was able to access and repalce the evap fan. I also found that the cx had the unit defrosted and with no ice under it the drip pan was straight and did not need replaced. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete. I collected the labor charge.
