"cx complaint the unit is not stopping when filling. checked the unit and found that the cold valve was stuck open. this was allowing water to constantly come into the unit. therefore, replaced the inlet valve and tested operation. unit is running as designed. did find the hot and cold water reversed so i switched them so they are correct. unit is good to go. advised cx to monior the unit. use even loads and not too much soap. cx agreed."

"Customer complaint unit is not spinning and now is leaking. I tested the unit and found the unit is leaking oild and water. Removed cover and saw gearcase is leaking, oil and water. Gearcase is leakng. I found the drive motor was really hot and the coupler was streached out. And the agitator is not spining is worn out. Unit needs full rebuild gearcase, motor, coupler and agitator. CX complaint is standing water in DW. Inspected/tested and could not verify complaint. Tested all functions and everything wourking properly. I noticed a foul smell inside DW. Checked to make sure drain hose properly installed and the unit had a hi loop and that was all good. Checked for removal of puchout and found disposal full of food. Informed CX to make sure they are running disposal with hot water before running DW to keep food from being sucked into drain hose. Unit itself was working proerly. Job is complete

"The complaint was that unit was cooling on the frigerator side, confirming issues, saying that the freezer evaporator was completely frozen over took the cover off the evaporator seen that the Brown wire was disconnected Reconnected The Wire, went over pricing for clients to buy a new heater. He denied it and said he would just put tape on it and have it hold. We reconnected everything and test it. The heater worked as it should."
