Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I Inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The unit is getting 122v and the water is circulating through the unit. However the compressor and condensor fan are not on. I checked voltage at the compressor and I got .455v (nothing). I cycled the power a few times and ran a auto test cycle. All components passed the auto cycle. After running a few more test and trying to get access to the HV board the compressor and condensor fan came on. The unit began to cool and ice was made. I called techline to document the situation and they said if it's working have them call if it happens again. The unit is working as designed.

I pulled you out about 6 in and water pressure change much more significantly. I looked and found that the water line was pressed up against the wall and when fully pushed back it was pinching the line. cx complaint FC door handle still loose. was able to completely remove door handle and tighten the mounting screws to the door skin with an impact drill. following correcting the mounting screws was able to also tighten the door handle hex set screws and test vigorously for any tolerance. cx also requested the rc doors be leveled and was able to perform adjustment via the right bottom hinge set screw. unit now checks good.

"cx complaint led ligjht out in freezer and top of RC. also ice production is down. inspected unit and found unit would need led module in FC to fix all lights. entered unit into diag and first ran test 56, unit showed a E0. ran test 57 and the unit harvested ice, ran test 45 and found the ice maker filled with water. ran test 36 and found the ice box fan does work. did test 37 and found 01. took temp of the FC and found 6 degrees, unit is set for 0 degrees. called TL TL said icebox is about 10 degrees higher then the the FC. first try bring the temp down in the FC if that doesnt work then the unit will need a dispenser UI. qouted cx for led module repair and cx accepted repair. replaced led with van stock (W10695459). unit now checks good. charged cx; used 1 W10695459 (led module) from stock"

"cx complaint unit not cooling properly and deli drawer not closing fully. inspected unit and found heavy build up of ice on the rc evap. ran diag tests as follows: test 1- pass, test 2- pass, test 3- fan run, test 4- rkv can be heard rotating, test 32- pass, test 39- pass, test 56- E0, test 66- E0. pulled unit out to test RC thermistors. checked rc ambient thermistor at p5-1 and p5-2 and found 9.3k ohms and 4.94 vdc from the main control. checked also the p8-3 and p8-4 and 19.1k ohms and 4.94vdc from the main control. took temp reading in the rc and found those temps to be consistent with the readings from the thermistors. contacted techline to review data. techline reccomended entering diag test 7 and switch unit to 8 hour defr. also replacement of the evap cover and pan. sr7734092015; ordrng 1 WP482338 (food grade silicone)"

cx says the unit is not cooling at all. found the unit is at 65f in both compartments when i arrived. the unit has no fans or compressor active. the refrigerator evaporator is completely frosted over. the door gaskets seal good. put the unit into diagnostics and ran test 1 and 2 and both pass. test 3 the evaporator fans and damper are working. test 4 step 3 the compressor activates. step 5 the freezer starts to cool. took the unit out of diagnostics and no fans or compressor activate. reset power to unit and now the compressor and fans are now activating.; ordrng 1 W10581605 (control(shows nla the f15 for info)) and 1 W10861908 (ui(check ui for main control))

cx showed me the bottom drawer is not straight. found there is 3/8 inch difference from the left to the right. found the rails are off. reinstalled and the gap from the drawer to the door bttom is now even. cx still complains or the drawer not closing a 1/16 of an inch difference front to back on the left to the right. called tech support and spoke with a travis. cannot do anything for front to back tolerances that tight. file number. took extra pics of the cx scratching the door with the level he was using. took pics of damage done to the door. cx still not happy about front to back alignment
