"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. When I arrived the unit was cooling fine (39/0). I checked the FC and it has been making ice, however I did notice ice on the rear wall. I removed the evap cover and seen some ice built up on the top of the evap. I removed the ice and ran multiple test for the components in test mode. The fans, damper, compressor and thermistor are good. I changed the defrost setting to F (force) in test 9. The unit is working as designed."
