came out and replaced parts. went over entire unit to make sure everything was in place and tight and where it should be and wire were ran right and secure where needed to be. put unit back and made sure gap on both sides was even and unit was secure. heated and wet towel multiple times on fifferent settings as well. advised cx at this time all noises from unit are from fans running and mag and trans working as they should and this is how the unit is to be. cant get unit to sound like the sound she had in her recording but its almost a match with.units normal sounds. tested and ran unit down and back in place a lot of times. advised cx to just use unit and it runs and heats great.

Customers complaint is the lights are not working inside the unit I replaced refrigerator LED module. Late did not turn on but was very dim I connected the freezer light bulb and the refrigerator light turned on for a quick second and then turned off this is due to the freezer light shorted out. I advise customer of this. customer understands that both lights have to be replaced at the same time. I quoted customer for replacing freezer light and reordering the refrigerator light. Total came to $72.24 customer paid for remainder balance with credit card. Customer would like us to come out on 7/15 after 11:00 a.m. if possible. Customer complaint is the units making it loud sound. Customer service showed me video of the sound. Unit is making ice and has a full bin of ice temperatures are within spec. I ran both fans for the refrigerator and freezer. Could not hear the sound of this test I went to test five for compressor test on 03 for maximum speed and the customer stated that that is the sound that it's making. I found the sound coming from the compressor I went to compressor check the lines found that the sound is coming from internally in the compressor and the compressor is extremely hot this is due to insufficient compressor. "Customers complaint is the unicycle and temperatures are fluctuating. Customer stated that the freezer temperature has gotten up to 12° and then we'll go back down to zero. At today's arrival I found freezer at zero degrees Fahrenheit and refrigerate 38° Fahrenheit. I checked freezer and notice frost on the evaporator cover. I removed the evaporator cover and found thick ice at the top of the evaporator is causing poor air flow I noticed that the cap tube is Frozen all the way back to the cabinet indicating and restriction I then check the compressor area found that there is no coupler on the compressor and that the tube is just pinched off. dryer does have a coupler and dryer has been replaced. Unit will need compressor, evaporator and coupler. Three count job sealed system tech only. I called the office and spoke to Tori Tori scheduled return visit for 7/19.; ordrng 1 W11256565 (Evap) and 1 W11506635 (Coupler) and 1 W10507884 (Compressor)"

Sr#7734085692RC temp 61 degrees but set to 36FC temp 8 degrees but set to -1Cx complaint freezer gets cold but Refrigerator section does not. Checked temps immediately and found that the rc is almost 30 degrees warmer. Ran test 28 and found the average states it was 46 degrees which is still 20 degrees off. Ran RC fan test and head a small crackling noise. Called Techline and went through all test with them. They came to the conclusion to order the evap cover with both thermistors and evap fan. They also stated when we change this part to check heater to see if its always on. Ordering parts for return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11395558 (Evap cover with fan/ thermistor)

"Cx complaint fan came on by itself. Was able to access unit and cx stated when she was boiling eggs on the front burner with the fan off the fan turned itself on. FIlled a cup with 2 cups of water and ran on high for 4 minutes and unit boiled the water. Tested all functions of the unit. This is normal. The microwave oven’s cooling fan (on some models), which is separate from the vent fan, automatically comes on during microwave oven operation to cool the microwave oven. It may also automatically come on and cycle on and off to cool the microwave oven’s controls while the cooktop below is being used. Collected for service call only no further work needed"

"F8E1 no fill long fill Cx complaint unit would stop in middle of cycle. Inspected unit and checked for error codes. Found one above. Cleared codes and ran diagnostic cycle. At the end of cycle there was a very loud screeching noise. Looked under unit and found no oil. I replaced the splutch and actuator. Found that belt was worn out and needs to be replaced. Ran diagnostic cycle again and the loud noise was there again. Checked under agitator and did not find any coins or objects.
