Cx complaint that the unit's right RC door gasket is torn is not sealing well. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I noticed obvious tears on the inner part of the gasket that makes contact with the other door. Also the gasket is not flush against the cabinet. I replaced the gasket and used a heat gun to mold it as best as possible. The unit is now sealing and working as designed.

"cx compaint unit is displaying a f9e1 error code. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found error codes f9e1, f8e4. cleared error codes and ran a auto test and the unit was having trouble draining. pulled unit out to find the drain hose was connected to another black rubber hose that led to the sink. i also found the hose was kinked and that the unit had a double loop. meaning the extra hose had a loop and the factory hose had a loop.sk;l i found the factory hose could reach sink drain without the extra hose. i removed the hose and ran the factory drain hose to the drain under sink. ran auto test again and found the unit now drains so much better. unit now checks good."

cx complaint unit leaks water after repair out the back. inspected unit then reset power and compressor came on and i watched the return frost up at compressor unit has to much freon in it. called techlien spoke with kirt documented presure minus 4 vacume on low side and highside 165 they are off after resetting power compressor runs way more in vaume then just staying at 4 and never moving recomended dumping charge and recharging. dumped charged vacumed unit down for 12 minutes then filled to 1.48 oz of r600 line did not frost up and pressures are now acting how i see them unit is good

"CX complaint: unit not coolingInspected unit, found HEAVY ice buildup at bottom of drip pan under evaporator. fuses,heater,and thermistors all checked within range with resistance. I found the unit doesnt DRAIN water in the drip pan. thawed out entire evaporator and used my steamer and hot water to try and clear the blockage in the drain tube. sadly it didnt work. even used a piece of weedwhacker string, would only go down about 2 ft before hitting something. Called TL and spoke to Steve, steve advised me to fully clear out the ice and use cups of hot water and steamer to try and clear the tube. It did not work and he said its more then likely a collapsed drain tube, and is unrepairable. CX is contacting WP CS and WP TL gave me"

I inspected door switch and found the tab on door switch has come out of door switch. So the lights and control options are not working. I pulled old door switch out and found the wires to the door switch are not long enough to plug in new door switch. I tried to pull down on wires but the connector came off one of the wires.
