Rob cx complaint the unit is making a loud buzzing noise. upon arrival i heard the noise the cx was speaking of. noise was coming from the back and was loud when i got there but quited down once i pulled it out to diagnose. temp was at 0 degrees. amp draw was 1 amp. no issues seen with the unit at this time. called techline to document and to see if there were any other issues to look for. was advised to make sure no metal on metal was rubbing. i did so in the compressor capartment. techline advised me with temp and amp draw unit is running as designed at this time and have no reccommended parts. advsied cx of diagnosis and cx was very very upset. wanted me to install compressor. advised cx i cannot do that without techline approval. reffered cx to cx service.

I then set the unit to 350 Degrees. checked the Temperature on the unit. Unit high Average Temperature is 354.4 Degree and Low Average Temperatures are 320.1 Degrees. ( Advised the cx to read Use and Care Guide for Cooking Instructions. I even gave the cx a copy by picture in her phone.) This is a Use & Care Call. Advised the cx they only get one of these. Cx will need to hook the unit to Wifi.
