"Vibration - Washing Multiple Items - Top Load Washer. Inspected unit visually. Didn't see any dents or uneven fram damage to unit. Put unit in diagnostic mode to verify cx complaint. Cx complaint is unit is making load noise when spinning. While in diagnostic mode, I seen unit spin uncontrollably. I shut the unit down and replaced the 4 suspension rods and plastic caps. Put unit back in self diagnostic mode to see if unit will correct its self and balance out. Unit did not balance out. Unit will need several parts. Cx complaint is not that the unit is leaking. Cx had someone come out and found the valve/pipe that feed water to the unit is leaking. the valve has been terminated/capped unit it can be repaired. Cx had to have kitchen floor redone so the unit has no water going into it to test for leaks. informed cx to call the office to reschedule whent the water supply to the unit has been corrected so we can come back out and verify the unit itself is not leaking. cx also noted the doors to the unit do not seem to close fully. inspected and found the FC and RC door gaskets are not sealing properly/defective. tried to heat and form but they do not stay in the door. ordering fc and rc door gasket. cx wanted to have them repaired on the return visit for the leak check. please send gaskets on return visit; ordrng 1 W10838574 (gasket-dor white) and 1 W10861499 (gasket-dor white)

"Customers complaint is the units making a sound. I ran unit and test mode I ran the turntable by itself, I ran the magnetron by itself, and I ran the fan by itself. I asked the customer if these were any of the sounds that she heard. The customer say that that's not the sound that she heard and says that it happens around 1 minute and cooking. Customer place a potato inside the unit for 7 minutes. The unit did not make the sound. Customer then ran another cycle for 2 minutes with bread and the unit did not make the sound. Customer then reheated the potato for 3 minutes and the unit didn't make the sound. I found the unit working as designed at this time is not making any sounds. I ran the test cycles to try to pinpoint where the sound was coming from. I advise customer I'll document today's visit and if unit is making a sound to record it with her camera. If customer calls back send transformer and turntable motor."

Customers complaint is the unit shutting off when starting the cycle and had an error code. Inspected unit found unit has f2e1 stuck key error code and f0 E7 hot water detected during Rin cycle. I checked and found start button not responding all the time with user interface test. I checked basket did not find any friction when spinning the basket by hand. I ran test cycle. I found unit has stuck key on user interface and bad programming thinking that you didn't have items in it during the clean cycle but customer has not ran the clean cycle. Unit will need control and user interface rescheduled for 7/19.; ordrng 1 W11478523 (User interface)

"Cx complaint that the unit is freezing food in the RC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx said since last week's power outage it has not been freezing food anymore. I ran test 1,2 &3 and all worked fine. The overall temps are good (39/-4). The FC temp was set to -5 ( I notified the cx and switched it to 0). No air is leaking through the ice chute area. I noticed the current food arrangement can cause poor airflow in the RC, there are multiple items along the wall and directly in front of the damper door. I informed the cx of proper food arrangement and asked her to keep an eye on it. The unit is working as designed."
