Customers complaint is the units on draining and also special recall for heater element. I placed heater element I checked for error codes I found f10e1 vent wax motor failure and f9e1 long drain. After replacing element I checked drain pump and found that the housing was pitted from when the chopper blade came off the drain pump causing it to score the drain pump housing this is reducing the pressure that it can build to drain the water. Unit will need new sump assembly and vent wax motor ordering parts; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump asm) and 1 W11416460 (Vent wax)

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaving wet clothes at the end of cycles. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran test 12 and found that the unit was able to complete the test without any errors. I found that the drain pump is evacuating the water without any restrictions. I was unable to replicate and issues that would cause wet clothes at the end of the cycles. I found that the unit is functioning as intended. I called TL and spoke Chris with and informed them of my findings. I informed the cx of things to look for if the issue continues per TL. I also pulled the drain hose out of the stand pipe a few inches. Job complete

Cx complaint unit stopped making ice again 2 weeks after previous visit. Was able to access and found icemaker on with ice in the mold. Jumped the icemaker and it hesitated in several spots during rotation and took longer than normal to harvest but eventually harvested and filled. Customer complaint is the units not spinning the clothes out and leaving clothes wet. Customer stated that it's not as dry as her last washer. She says the clothes are still squishy. I checked for error codes no error codes were found. I ran auto test mode and unit completed test mode without any issues. Customer stated it takes two 1hr dry cycles to dry the clothes. You completely clog with Lynn advise customer this has to be cleaned every time is initiated. I tested dryer Whirlpool air flow tester and air flow tester showed poor air flow. I showed this to the customer and advisor the reason why it's taking two 1 hour dry cycling need to have the exhaust vent cleaned every 2 years by a vet cleaner. I tried to instruct the customer on different cycle there seems to be informed but is stating that there's something wrong with the washer and it's not spinning all the water out of the clothes. I am insisted that the unit was working as design and there's nothing wrong with the unit. Customer wanted to running cycle to show me what the clothes feel like at the end of the cycle. So I had the customer start a load and advise her I will return after my next job to check the load. Will be returning today.; saved tckt

This was due to when the drain was clogged water is back flowing into the freezer freezing up the freezer drain my water to overflow into the freezer cabinet. "Customer complaint is the units not cooling. Inspected unit found both RC and FC evaporator were completely frosted over with ice and frost. I defrosted the RC evaporator found that the mastic tape on the RC evaporator is hitting and dripping down onto the evaporator. This is showing signs of an evaporator leak. I also found that the thermister was on the copper tube and not on the aluminum of the evaporator. I optimize the thermistor while I was here but pointed out the evaporator leak. I put unit into test 6 for defrost and unit showed 03 I tested voltage at defrost heater and had 64 volts. While I was testing the defrost heater while unit was in test 6 I could hear the three way valve cycling about every 10-15 seconds this is due to bad programming of the control board. And also the 63 volts to the defrost heater shows a bad relay on the control board. In test 3 step 02 the freezer did not turn on I tested voltage to the freezer fan motor and had 14.7 volts. Freezer fan is open. I quoted customer for replacing the main control board, freezer fan, refrigerator evaporator, UV die dryer,. Customer okay to repair and paid $534.88.Marking the freezer fan as will use on return visit. Control not in stock at this moment. Sealed system tech required on return visit 3 count job; ordrng 1 W11492867 (RC evap) and 1 WPW10675033 (Control board) and 1 W10143759 (Drier)"

Cx complaint is RC not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the cx had the RC evap cover off and the pantry drawers out of the unit for several months and said the evap keeps freezing up. The evap cover was off because the cx had issues with the the drain tube being clogged. Cx fixed the drain but never put the cover back on. Informed cx the evap will freeze up without the cover on. Checked thermistors and they were in range. Damper was working corretly. Set unit to 8hr defrost and put unit back together. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete. Cx paid 120 service call by CC.
