F0E4 spin limited to water temp Cx complaint of loud noise when final spin cycle. Inspected unit and found one error code above. Clear error code and ran diagnostic cycle and tested all speed on agitate and spin. Also check water inlet valve to make sure water was coming in properly. Got under unit and found gear case oil is coming out and all over plate. Unit is going to need a new gear case and clutch. Quoted Cx for repair and they will let us know if they want to do repair. "Cx complaint unit is still not working. Put unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes. Put unit into tachometer test and verified actuator is reading basket spin correctly. Ran diagnostic cycle unit filled, agitated and then drained. When shifting into spin cycle it seamed to make a weird click noise and spin very slowly. While turning slow makes a hum noise that gets loud and soft, loud and soft. And the basket slowly stops moving with the hum noise still present. Unit would not stop making noise and I had to cancel test for it to stop. Unit lid would not open. Unplugged unit for lid to unlock. Checked for codes again and now have F2E1 stuck key also F1E2 motor control fault. Cleared codes and replaced control board and compositor stated by previous tech. Plugged unit back in and ran diagnostic mode this time made it through a spin cycle. With no humming. Checked error codes and had none. Re calibrated unit. Unit is now working as intended."

Complaint is the units making a vibrating sound. Inspected unit. I removed front panel in tested unit s of the lower wheel and the exhaust is going out of the back. I notice the exhaust is straight forward with a 90° elbow going to the back of the unit and it's very tight. there is no Ridgid flex vent on here. the exhaust tube is causing it to it to torque inside of the unit. Causing the pipe to hit the bottom of the cabinet. I added padding underneath of the exhaust tube in the cabinet to help. Unit is no longer making the rattling sound. Unit is now working properly.

cx complaint unit is not cooking evenly. inspected unit and tested both bake and broil elements. both working. thermostat working correctly. put unit in a bake cycle and found both elements come on. broil does not come on and stay on consistently. only at certain times. i grabbed a wet sponge and showed cx that the broil does get hot enough to sizzle in a bake cycle. informed him in should never glow red in bake. unit is working as desinged. i looked over every single crevis of this unit trying to find a M/S sticker. could not find one at all. informed cx to call whirlpool to get a new one and if they call back we technically cant work on it or order parts under warranty without it. cx understood. took pic of pop so unit is under warranty just cant find the M/S

cx complaint is unit is still leaking after the last repair and has frost and ice all over the place and he just spent a lot of money on getting this unit repaired. door close if freezer good and well as both FF doors. found on lower center of freezer door the gasket is meltered or warped and damaged and not seeling loke it should and allowing air to come in and its freezing up the unit on the top and bottom in the front of freezer. unit is draining at this time. unit needs the freezer door gasket replaced. was able to melt down and remove ice and heat gasket up to get most defects out so it will seal better. advised cx we will get gasket and replace when it comes in. office to schedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10192907 (Freezer Door Gasket)
