Attempted preheat and unit would get to within 5-10 degrees of temp and shut off and not finish pre-heat. Verified issue with the flames. Found only right rear would noticably change. Attempted to adjust valves and flame height stayed the same. Verified proper oriface spuds in place. Unit will need control, temp sensor and manifold along with 2 call count due to being out of the service area. Suspects a floating restriction and instructed to flush the system with nitrogen and recharge. Flushed system and pulled back into vacuum and recharged. Unit began developing frost pattern and pressures regulated unit now checks good no further work needed
