Customers complaint is there's Frost and ice built up in the freezer. What did unit found right side of freezer door opened about a half an inch. I checked and found the ice build up at the bottom of the freezer on the right side this is causing the door open. I cleared all Frost and ice from the freezer cabinet. I checked evaporator drain and did not find it full of ice. It looks like the door may have been propped open just a tiny bit where it was causing warm air to leak into the freezer. Only got a slight reading when turning on gas and putting the sniffer nose right up against the flames. DID not smell any gas what so ever. Only time gas smell was present, was when testing the bake element. it would ignite and then shortly after turn off the flame. when i went to look behind the unit, i found mouse droppings everywhere, and after further inspection i found mouse droppings inside the insulation of the cooktop and a chewed/broken wrie to an igniter. Tried to contact safety with my findings and they were closed for the day. Took my pictures and uploaded to job and left. called TL and documented down the street from the house. "Cx complaint unit not cooling. Was able to access unit and found failed start device. Removed and checked resistance at the the compressor and found 3.5 Ohms, 3.5 Ohms, 6.5 Ohms. Checked outlet and found 122.6 VAC. Verified harness is sending voltage to compressor and harness had continuity. Replaced start device with one from van stock and when plugged unit in start device flashed and started burning. Unplugged unit and spoke to Sealed system techs MM and EW. "Cx complaint that the unit runs by itself occasionally. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found error codes: f9e4 f5e2. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. The cx said it will complete cycles with no problem but it randomly starts another cycle without the cx starting the cycle. I noticed the element is bent upwards as well, probably preventing the spray arm from fully rotating occasionally. The unit will need a new control board and element to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11305306 (control board) and 1 W10703867 (element)"
